La Demeure Fleurie lives up to its name — "The Flowery Residence". This authentic Périgord stone house welcomes you into a haven of greenery, surrounded by flowering gardens and rolling meadows. Here, time slows down.

Nestled within hectares of private grounds, the house offers complete privacy. From the terrace or bedroom windows, your gaze sweeps across fields, hay bales and the wooded hills of the PérigordNoir.
No neighbours, no road — just birdsong and rustling leaves.

The spacious living room reveals the full character of this residence: walls entirely of exposed stone, an imposing Périgord fireplace, massive beams and antique terracotta tiles. Leather club armchairs and Persian rugs invite you to read or simply contemplate. The kitchen, also stone-walled, opens onto the garden through a glazed door.

Fully equipped, it includes a dining area for sunny breakfasts. Upstairs, two bedrooms under the eaves continue the romantic atmosphere: stone walls, exposed
beams, floral linens matching the house's name. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room offers step-free access.

The heated saltwater pool (10 x 5 m) is fully fenced — a valuable asset for families with children. Sun loungers, parasols and a pool house are provided. Higher up, in the shade of the trees, a paved terrace hosts outdoor meals with views over the pool and countryside. Charcoal barbecue for evening grills.

Saint-Chamassy is ideally located for exploring the Périgord Noir. The Gouffre de Proumeyssac, nicknamed the "Crystal Cathedral", is just 2 km away. Le Bugue with its shops is 7 km. Limeuil, classified among France's Most Beautiful Villages, is 3 km. Les Eyzies, world capital of Prehistory, is 15 km. Sarlat and its medieval market are 35 km away.

Bed linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers), as well as towels (2 bath towels and 1 pool towel per person). Wi-Fi, washing machine, charcoal barbecue.

There is a cot available at the property. If you need you can also opt for an extra baby pack which includes a high chair and a cot.
