We are located right off of Beltway 8 South & Highway 288, about 15 minutes to downtown Houston/Downtown Texas Medical Center/Hobby International Airport, 5 minutes to Pearland Business Center/Cinemax, 25 min to NASA, and 45 minutes to Galveston beach so you have easy access to go anywhere in the Houston area. The one-story newly renovated home features updated appliances, a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, and 4 bedrooms 2 bath well-suited for large families or a group of friends.

The house was perfect and satisfied all of our needs. The house was super spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The communications with the host were excellent. She always responded to our questions in a timely manner. The beautiful house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen area with dining area, a living room and a spacious lounge area. We had a very enjoyable stay at the house!!

Great place for a large family.

I travelled with a large group of family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms provided ample space and were comfortable for the stay. The property manager was very responsive, and did her best to help make us comfortable.

My House

Good place perfect for getting around.Quite neighborhood great BQ pit nice pot and pans to cook a meal. Judy was fantastic and I would stay there any time.

Overall good stay just one issue

Had a good time staying here and it was nice a clean. The only issue is that going into the second night the AC seem to get stuck at 83 degrees. Luckily my group spent most of the night at a concert but being without AC during the afternoon and evening can be rather uncomfortable.

Perfect house

We had a family reunion of 13 members the house is perfect size it was great for the little ones and the big ones, Judy is an amazing person you can communicate with her and she will respond to you fast! The house has everything you need it was super clean we really can not complain about the rooster we loved!! It was fun waking up and talk about it, the yard is a perfect size for the kids it has a nice space for the grownups to sit chill and watch the kids play, the only thing we needed was a bluetooth speaker to play music but overall we are planning to stay here again because everything was perfect plus Judy is friendly and she cares a lot about her guests staying at her house!! Really really recommend this house for you all!! 😁😁

Our weekend trip was a quick one. Perfect location for Aveva field!

We weren’t in town very long. The house was just as advertised. Clean, easy to find, plenty of space for 5 plus a toddler. Comfortable beds, thought the towels being set up in each room was a nice personal touch; no need to search. Kitchen had everything for us to easily prepare breakfast and lunch. We were out for dinner. Under thirty minutes from Hobby Airport. Perfect location for our weekend purposes.

amazing place for a big group

Me and a couple of friends rented this place out for our mini weekend trip to Houston and it was pretty great! Would totally recommend if you need a location that fits a lot of people.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, the hot water is hot and the air conditioning was nice and cool. . My only complaint is that there is one, maybe 2 roosters that crow all night long starting around 2:30 am. We looked around the vicinity but could not find him because he is quiet during the day! The 2nd night we turned on sound machines and that mostly solved the problem. We would stay here again
