Great stay in Anna Maria
Great location. The smell of Pine Sol was overpowering when we arrived but fortunately it was cool enough outside to open the doors and air the place out.
The place was clean and the beds were comfortable which was a real plus.
There are 2 bathrooms - one is connected to the master bedroom while the other is in the hallway.
Two of the rooms are converted patios and when the doors are closed to those rooms it can get very warm. There are fans mounted to the walls in both of those rooms but they are so loud even on the lowest setting that it would be hard to sleep with them on. This is just an FYI for anyone wanting to know about the comment someone else made about the patio/closet rooms for this listing.
The golf cart was plugged in when we arrived but the wall switch had not been turned on so it didn't work. We had to let it charge overnight so we could use it the next day. Also, the garage door would not close once opened as it had come unhooked from the pulley system.
There are 2 couches in the living room but one has no springs left in it so is hard to sit on.
The home is right across the street from the bay and a park and only about a 10 minute walk to Pine Street which is where most of the restaurants and shops are.
I would give the house a 3.5 star rating and the location a 5.
