Dieses komplett renovierte Privathaus im Norden von Anna Maria Island verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und den schönsten tropischen und üppigen Pool- und Terrassenbereich! Auf der Hauptebene dieses Hauses finden Sie eine wunderschöne Küche aus Granit und Edelstahl, ein komfortables Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher, einen gemütlichen Essbereich, zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit verglaster Dusche. Die obere Ebene dieses Hauses verfügt über ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten, das zweite Badezimmer, eine helle Sitzecke mit TV und Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf die Tampa Bay. On 11/22/2025, when we got into the office- we had an email from the owner that he was using the property during that time and to move you to another property. Family time

Great property for family with kids. Beach in walking distance, pool for bigger kids when little ones nap, 2 separate indoor sitting spaces. Very clean and real estate company came immediately when we had one problem with the door alarm.

Great stay

Unfortunately i had booked our vacation 4 months ago and when time came it was during a hurricane. Definitely disappointed however the house and all its offerings were great especially being stuck in doors for 72 hours. I would definitely recommend as well as stay here again. Location is wonderful. Loved being close to Rod N Reel and Bean Point.

Great place & location

My only complaint is the mosquitos in the backyard. it would be GREAT if they could spray or provide bug spray, bug zapper, or tiki torches which would keep the bugs away. it was hard to enjoy the pool in the evening due to the bugs

Lovely beach house

We had a wonderful time with our family. The layout of the house couldn't have been better. Absolutely loved the list tropical pool and patio. Plenty of space for everyone in our party of 7. Especially enjoyed reading the history of the house from the newspaper article inside the binder. What a special story. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Stay

Timeout Cottage was just that for us. We needed rest and a relaxing atmosphere. The house was well equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to comfortable beds. Nice quality of linens. The home was very clean and well appointed. We loved the location. We rented a golf cart and found easy access to numerous Beach paths. The area was very quiet and family friendly. Plenty of notes with hints on lighting and use of appliances. We would rent again. Charming!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay on AMI! This cottage is adorable . We enjoyed walking to the pier and to Bean Point at Sunset. After a day at the beach coming back and jumping into the pool was very refreshing . There is a closet with boogie boards and Beach toys . We actually left our beach surf chairs for another family to enjoy . Although we only had 4 in our family, there is plenty of room for another family . Thank you for sharing your home and we will definitely return . Love this island so much !!

Girls Trip Oasis

We had six women celebrating and we were so impressed with the house. Despite other reviews, we found the beds to be very comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen amenities where we did not feel we went without. It was helpful for me to see in another review, so thought I would add there were only 2 beach chairs, but there were additional paddle boards we did not expect, yay! There were some spices and k-cups left by others so may be good to see the house before an extensive grocery trip. The outside was our little slice of heaven. Only feedback I have is to add a rod in the downstairs bedroom closet and a luggage rack or small dresser in the front bedroom. The furniture was luxurious and 6 women wanted to fight over sleeping in the bunk beds!

Cozy home

The house is nice, clean and cozy. Underestimated how small the rooms were from the pictures, couldn’t really figure out which was the master. House is nicely decorated but mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but dining table only fits 4. Backyard looks like a little oasis but unfortunately mosquitoes didn’t let us enjoy. Highly recommend fumigating in the summer months. Overall very nice and cozy home just a bit too small for my family size of 7 Given the the common area dining area space and smaller bedrooms but would recommend to smaller families. Thank you for sharing your nice home

Delightful bungalow style getaway…

We spent a lovely 4 nghts at Time Out - my wife, myself, and our 3 adult children. The first day was tumultuous with tornado warnings, heavy rain, and flooded streets, but after that we had perfect weather. Easy five minute walk to expansive sandy beaches with relatively few people and plenty of birds. We enjoyed the porch/backyard and the outdoor shower everyday. The pool alarm was a nuisance until we removed the battery. The house is beautifully deccorated - almost seemed staged. Given the tasteful and comfortable furnishings, the kitchen equipment could use an upgrade - cheap, well-worn pots, pans, and cooking utensils were hard to cook on and hard to clean. That aside, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A grand place to stay

Should you have the opportunity to spend time here, don’t pass it up. It’s beautiful. Comfortable inside, downstairs newly renovated and decorated with all new furniture and fixtures. Upstairs’ new and appealing. The back garden, patio, and shower are totally private. (Just check the photo’s!) The front porch, fun to sit, rock, check the ocean through the neighbor’s yard across the street and watch people and dogs go by. Walk to the white sands of Bean Point in just a few minutes. Or bike to the north beach in five. Shopping is close by and I go daily to the local community center for various exercise classes. Lucky you if you can find the time to be here. I just love it.

Rental Company Enters Property While You’re Out

The rental property accessed our rental on two occasions without providing ANY notification that they would be doing so. They stopped by while we were out and left prior to us arriving back. We know this because after the first event, we contacted them for an explanation and they admitted to being inside the rental while we were gone. They then proceeded to do the same thing the following day. Very unsettling!

excellent experience

We absolutely loved the island, loved the house. Very hot, but were able to stand the heat and the pool certainly helped. Although the pool looks small, it works very well to cool off. The property is even better than the pictures show. Very, very nice. Wouldn't change a thing. The back yard is gorgeous. There are views from the upstairs of the bay, as well as the front porch. Only thing I would mention is that this property is very close to bay beach, but little harder to find parking for gulf beaches. Easy walk to Bear Point. The trolley was quite a hike to get on. We ended up not using it. Not a big deal, but wanted to mention that. Street was quiet and easy to bike and walk. Great vacation.

Great house and a perfect location but…..

A time out cottage is perfect and has everything you might need for your stay. Location is great. The dryer was broken during our stay ( we were notified 2 days before our arrival) so we asked for some drying racks and they were delivered promptly. But that’s were my only complaint starts. The property management company entered the house while we were out and about on more than one occasion without any notice. We came home from the beach and the drying rack was in the middle of the living room where they could easily left it on the porch. A couple days later again we come back and I go do my laundry and there’s a brand new washer and dryer installed without notifying us that someone will be entering the property.

Great home, relaxing location.

This home is a vanishing treasure on Anna Maria! The “time out” was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay on our vacation. It was comfortable and clean. It is an older home compared to many on the island but is very well maintained. The Pool is small but the back yard is very lush, tropical and private. There are two sofa beds in addition to the 3 queen beds and 2 bunk beds. The mattresses are on the verge of being uncomfortable but were fine for our stay. The back of the main living area couch is broken and could use a good cleaning but it was usable. The location was perfect for us. It is on the bay side of the island located between rod and reel pier and bean point. I would recommend this property if you want a more traditional home feel. It had all the amenities we needed. During our stay there were 7 beach chairs, a small beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards an 3 bikes along with a giant jerga game. My only complaint is the broken couch and it was still useable so definitely not a deal breaker. I would recommend this property.

Cozy ? Far from comfortable. This a property good for social media pictures but not guests.

I really wanted to love this place. It’s cute and in wonderful AMI but the owners did not think about the guest experience at all! Each day revealed more problems and don't have space here to list them all. When we arrived on the first day, we were notified that the first-floor bathroom was out of order. That same night, as we cooked dinner, a recessed lighting fixture in the kitchen fell out of the ceiling - spraying bits of plastic and lighting parts into our food which we had to throw out. Then when opening the doors to see the pool area, an alarm went off and continued ringing. We read all the check-in information. NO information was provided about what to do. It was nearly 20 minutes of ear shattering noise before we figured it out. Shortly afterwards, we realized that half the hinges on pool door were not attached. Given this was all in the first hour, we knew we had paid way too much for this property. The issues continued throughout the week and are too numerous for the space provided here. The bedrooms were small! We all left with bruises on our shins from shimmying around the beds. Missing basic amenities; no downstairs closets or bedroom mirrors, causing morning congestion as everyone used the 1 bath mirror.A few basic appliances weren't provided and those that were often didn't work or fell apart. We had expressly been told the property was ready. If this is what they call ready - leave me unimpressed.

Hi Jody, we were expecting this and glad you stayed true to character. Did issues come up during your first night, they most certainly did. We never said the bathroom was out of order. We set a toilet and said to use the others in the house until the morning. The pool alarm going off at 11PM was an error on your part when you failed to read the sticker on the alarm itself. This was handled and explained to you within 5 minutes. We can share the text message you sent at that time. I think that would clear the air to potential guest reading this review. After all the hard work everyone has done here post hurricanes, there are still items that we do not know are wrong without staying in the properties. Thankfully most of our guest are understanding and good people and not just looking for a free stay. Thanks, Sato Real Estate.

wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Kulisse

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war super ausgestattet. Der Weg zum wundervollen Strand dauert nur 5 Minuten, Strandzubehör, wie Stühle, Schirm und Strandspiele ausreichend vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The construction crew came at 6:30 am and were noisy on our last day Friday and drilling and hammering all day and parked in front of our house but it’s fabulous there

Great time

Lovely stay at this cozy and well-situated home. We didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have liked because it was so hot and there were alot of mosquitos, but it was just a short walk to the lovely strip of beach where we all enjoyed the warm gulf waters and the amazing sunset. We had a small issue with a bed upstairs but the property manager was responsive right away and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. I will definitely recommend this rental to anyone/everyone. Amazing house and beautiful beach vacation

The house was beautiful with a perfect layout for our large family. The proximity to the beach was great after a great day at the gorgeous beach!
