Paradies in diesem 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad haustierfreundlichen Pool zu Hause gefunden! Dieses Einfamilienhaus liegt nur 1 Block von den unberührten weißen Sandstränden am Golf von Mexiko entfernt. Komplett im Küstenstil eingerichtet und mit allem Luxus von zu Hause für einen stressfreien Urlaub. Das Hotel liegt im prestigeträchtigen North End der Insel.

Das Haus verfügt über einen tropischen Pool mit einem Lounge- und Essbereich, in dem Sie am späten Nachmittag einen Snack oder eine Mahlzeit bei Sonnenuntergang genießen können. Das Hauptschlafzimmer führt zum Poolbereich und seiner üppigen tropischen Umgebung.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den Pool. Das zweite Gästezimmer bietet ein Doppelbett und das letzte ein Set mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt zwei große Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche.

Die Unterkünfte, die dieses Haus bietet, sind unschlagbar! Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit allem Komfort von zu Hause. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a great location (walking distance to numerous restaurants) and was very clean inside the house. The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty.When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!

The property was very nice one this that i would add is on the back doors having the alarms. We have stayed at another house that had the same systems, and they had a button on the outside also you could hit. This silences the alarms when anyone is in the house asleep. The way it is set up you have to open the door and then immediately hit the button.

Perfect Family Getaway

Adorable cottage in central Anna Maria location…2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pine Ave shopping district and 4 blocks to City Pier! Home has fully appointed kitchen, backyard pool and all the beach gear you need! The hubs and I and 2 of our adult children enjoyed our vacation immensely! Only thing I would update are the beds :/

This was a great house for a couple of ladies. GREAT location, clean, well stocked and enough room to spread out. Pool was a great size and plenty of room to spread out on patio furniture too. Overall a great house. It does need some maintenance. One toilet leaked all over the bathroom making it unusable and the other one the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the china cabinet piece of furniture’s door fell off when opened and smash my toe. Just small maintenance items would make this house a 5/5.

Great stay

The house and location was great. It is not luxurious but for the price it was very comfortable. The house could use some minor improvements/repairs. This is our 4th visit to Anna Maria and we have stayed at a different location every time. I would stay here again. My 2 only complaints are: 1. The 2 living room chairs were very uncomfortable and were noisy when you moved while sitting in them. 2. We found a few dirty dishes, which made me question how clean they all were. But the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook breakfast every morning and a few dinners. These were minor inconveniences that are easy to overlook and still enjoy our stay.

Needs some TLC

Needs new pillows, hall bath fan, vanity, cabinet upgrade. Suggest grommet curtains for French doors. Broken toilet seat hinge in hall bath. Needs new exterior door out of bathroom. New LED MATCHING bulbs would be a plus. Ceiling fans only have one low speed. Pool deck pool skimmer needs to be leveled major tripping hazard. A little would go a long way at this house.

Perfect, if only

Just a few things. The people that had the twin beds said they were terribly uncomfortable and they mostly tossed and turned all night. On the other hand, the other beds seemed fine. The refrigerator seems to be leaking water. The pool is like bath water, not refreshing but not sure what you do in Florida for that. The pool filter is located right where the lounge chairs are and is incredibly loud and annoying while you are poolside. The walk to the beach really is only 5 minutes and the beach is lovely. All and all, Anna Maria is beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation at Coastal Cottage. The house is really nice, with a really nice pool and patio in back. Its location is close to many great places in Anna Maria, just a couple block walk to the beach and not that long of a walk to Anna Maria Pier and all of the restaurants and shops that Pine Ave has to offer, including Ginny and Jane E's and the Sandbar Restaurant. We've already booked Coast Cottage for next year. I also want to mention the great support provided by Florida Dream's Reality. We had a problem with the cable television service. Kevin, who works for Florida Dreams Reality came over right away (on a Sunday) and stayed for a couple of hours until the problem was solved. He couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I would recommend Florida Dreams and their properties to anyone looking for a great stay on Anna Maria Island.
