Lakeview Living - LOWER LIVING 1 - Vacation Rental

Lakeview Living Lower Living is the lower level of the duplex - you have 1 very large bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. In the closet there is also a full size futon mattress you can place on the floor of this rental unit. All bedding is included for all beds. There is a smart TV in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a large vanity and toilet. A hair dryer is provided for use. Towels, wash cloths, hand towels, shampoo, soap, and conditioner are all included with rental.
The kitchen has all the cookware, dish ware and table ware you will need while you enjoy your stay at Lakeview Living. Just bring your food! You have a full size fridge, electric stovetop, oven, and microwave, as well as small appliances. There is a coffee maker and some supplied coffee and creamer as well! The large island sits 6 with plenty of room for food prep and buffet style serving.
The Living room has a very large 70" Smart TV with a DVD/VCR for you to bring your movies for movie night! Otherwise you can stream TV/Movies using your own streaming app (please remember to log out before leaving). The living room has a recliner, full size futon, a comfortable chair, and a sleeper sofa. All needed bedding for living room sleeping is located in the living room for easy access. There are added games, cards and puzzles for enjoying game night!
Feel free to park under the deck for a little shelter - if your vehicle fits! Otherwise park anywhere on the lower living driveway. The patio entrance has a seating area for a beautiful view of Silver Lake. There is an included grill for your use also.
Enjoy all the included amenities Lakeview Living has to offer! We have a Lakeview Living game room that has a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, darts and a train table for kids! There are a couple adult life jackets for the 3 kayaks and paddleboat - please bring kids life jackets and more adult life jackets if you all plan on using everything at once.

We do have security cameras installed at all Lakeview Living rental house door entrances, as well as overlooking the deck. These are intended for insurance purposes, as well as safety and security for our guests and property.
