Brand New Remodeled Condo in Park City!



Everything in this 3 bed/ 2 bath condo is new. Prime location! In the Old Town area of Park City. The free park city shuttle stops directly across the street to make getting around town extremely convenient. There are several shops and restaurants on the block, and it's less than a mile from Main Street.



The Space:

You will receive a four digit access code before your arrival from our property manager.



Guest Access:

Private entrance on the left (when looking at the property from the street) side of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area, close to shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The free park city bus is directly across the street and can have you to the mountain and Main St within minutes.



Other Things to Note:

You will receive instructions about the property before your arrival via email from our property manager.



Interaction with Guests:

We will connect you with our property manager before your arrival who will be on the ground in Park City for any help you may need during your stay.

This was a great spot for our friends trip in Park City! The rental was cozy and clean. The location was optimal due to the bus stop across the street and liquor stores/grocery stores nearby. We greatly appreciate Chris and his timely responses and accommodations. The only downside is it being a basement unit with occasional noise from upstairs neighbors.

Gorgeous Condo!

This was a last minute booking for us, with friends staying at other properties nearby and it was PERFECT! The condo is beautiful, the details are fabulous. Location was great and the owner/host was so easy to work with -- made my chaotic planning much easier ;) We'll definitely be back!

The condo was nice,alot of space and nice applicances.The only drawback was we did not have a porch or back yard because it was in the basement.I would book the upstair unit if you like to sit outside.

Just Perfect!

Everything about this vacation was perfect! Chris is an exceptional host. Clear, concise and timely communication. The unit was immaculate and perfect for our family of five. Having the free PC bus directly across the street made it easy to get to the mountain or into town. If you are looking for a great place to stay, you found it!

Agree with prior comments, especially from Brooke H. We had a very nice stay - condo was clean, host was great. The premises, however, are a converted basement, so we encountered concrete floors, limited daylight, and some noise from the upstairs guests. But, the rental is a good value and great location for PC.

Effortless Excellence: A Seamless Stay in the Heart of Park City

The prime location in the Prospector area of Park City was a major highlight. Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa right across the street was a convenient bonus, and the free Park City shuttle stop made exploring the area a breeze. The proximity to various shops and restaurants on the block, coupled with being only 1 mile from Main Street, made it easy to immerse ourselves in the local scene. The check-in process was seamless, adding to the overall positive experience. The property manager's responsiveness was noteworthy; any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, reflecting a high level of customer service. It's always reassuring when the management is attentive and efficient, ensuring a stress-free stay.

Great Stay — will leave a few details we didn’t expect

Had a great stay w family here this week. Overall the property is clean and had enough space for my husband and I, our three and six year old and my mother in law. Well stocked kitchen but bring your own keurig pods. The biggest thing that wasn’t clear in the listing is that this is a basement level of a single family home (separate entry). To access you must walk down 7-8 steps (exterior no hand rail) several of which are open to the elements — if you have anyone elderly or who needs help down stairs it might be good to note. Also the floors are concrete and a bit slippery so not the coziest. The windows are basement windows so limited light overall. And only one in the main family room. Some footstep noise from unit above. Finally the rooms have individual heaters a bit on the loud side as they click on and off — sound is equivalent to bathroom fan. Management was responsive when two heaters were inoperative. They didn’t get fixed yet but we had two space heaters so we were fine. Overall it was a clean stay and logistics were easy.

Nice place

Great location, roomy and clean space. Has all amenities you would need. Only issue is that it is the downstairs condo of a house so you are at the mercy of the people above and hear every noise. Thankfully they were quiet at night but it had its moments where it was constant noise. Host has done a good job making the space comfortable and welcoming

Amazing place!

We loved our time at Chris’ place! He was very accommodating in trying to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Its directly across the street from the spa/gym, and the park city shuttle picked us up right in front of the condo which had us to the mountain in minutes. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris!
