We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villeneuve-le-Roi, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 43 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 50 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A living room of 43 m² with TV, large corner sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, hotplates, kettle, rice cooker...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with a large corner bathtub, hair dryer and toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double sofa bed.

Exterior:
- A beautiful individual garden of 50 m², enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, automatic vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-le-Roi, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a suburban area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
