This property has recently undergone a tasteful and quality renovation, and combines many original features with modern comfort and quality furniture. The gourmet kitchen is superbly equipped, and offers all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing delicious meals with the fresh, Perigordine produce bought at the local markets!
Situated in the village of Daglan, the house benefits from a walled garden, and is within easy walking distance of the excellent restaurants, shops and weekly market the historical village offers.
With its three bedrooms, each one boasting an en suite bath or shower room, it is the ideal destination for couples travelling together wishing to discover the culture of The Dordogne.
The private heated pool is the "cherry on the cake" for a perfect holiday in the Dordogne.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

* an entrance hall
* The comfortable open plan living room offers:
* a lounge area with corner sofa, flat screen TV, stone walls and many original features, is ideal for relaxing evenings amongst friends. The woodburner stove offers warmth and a lovely focal point during mid or low season. A reversable air conditioning/central heating unit provides extra warmth in winter, and coolness in summer.
* the kitchen is superbly equipped and offers gas range style cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and more pots, pans and equipment than you will be able to use during your stay!!
* A dining are, with a dining table seating up to 8 guests, and a dresser contains plenty of crockery and glassware for your homemade meals.
* A large utility room offers extra storage space, a washing machine and tumble dryer.
* A separate toilet and wash hand basin completes this floor.
A staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor:
* A long corridor gives access to all three bedrooms, each one benefitting from an en suite shower room and private terrace.
