Welcome to Nations Haven, your home away from home! From the minute you arrive at your Nations Haven, you will find all the conveniences of home. You have a full chef’s kitchen, full sized washer & dryer, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, enclosed garage, & patio with outdoor projector screen. Nations Haven is located in The Nations, one of the hottest & fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, walkable to several restaurants, coffee shops & bars. Also, You are only a Short uber/Lyft to downtown.

Whether in Nashville for work or play, you will fall in love with this city as many have! Relax & unwind at Nations Haven after a long day of exploring all Music City has to offer!

Your Nations Haven is very spacious & accommodating. After you enter your home away from home, straight ahead is the living/kitchen/dining & to the left you will find the first floor bedroom, bathroom & laundry room. The first floor bedroom has a comfy full size bed with beautiful, custom wall lights & a bench with extra blankets at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or hallway. The laundry room houses a full size washer & dryer.

You will enjoy the open concept living room, kitchen, & dining. You will love the soft leather sectional, couch & ottoman. The custom coffee table adds an extra social touch to the space. Listen to records on the record player or music of your choice on the Alexa Echo Dot as you cook in the fully stocked chefs kitchen. This is Music City after all!

You'll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot (coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided). Seating for 8 guests at dining table and bar. A charcoal grill is provided for your BBQing pleasure (Bring your own charcoal). You will also find in the kitchen hand soap, dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels.

After you walk up the stairs, there is a custom book case. To the left are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. The Jack & Jill bathroom is accessible from both of these bedrooms.

On the other side is the master suite. You will find a custom closet to keep all of your belongings organized. The master bathroom features a huge shower that you will love! Enjoy a king size bed in the master bedroom.

All bedrooms & the kitchen/living room features a smart TV for you to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc & Amazon echo dots.

All bathrooms will have shampoo, condition, body wash, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Fresh towels and clean sheets are provided. Please use the makeup bath clothes to remove makeup or anything that will stain & help us maintain crisp white linens.

The back patio is magical at night with the string lights. Put on a movie on the projector for the kiddos while you relax from the busy day exploring Nashville!

Traveling with your pet? We welcome fur babies with some requirements - 50 pound max/pet, 2 pet max, $100 nonrefundable pet deposit, & no kitty cats with claws. Please do not allow fur babies on the furniture & always keep fur baby on a leash for their protection! Fur babies must be potty trained & no accidents inside the cabin.

This is my home. Please treat it as you would your own! If anything gets damaged, please report this immediately so it can be addressed in a timely manner.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.

Please do not unplug any electrical devices.

Please Note: There is a $50 fee (per set) if the linens are damaged, including stains/bodily fluids.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the Nations Haven or close to the exterior doors. Please smoke outside away from any vegetation and properly extinguish/dispose of the cancer sticks appropriately. If tobacco smoke is detected, there will be $250 cleanup fee. Please dispose of charcoal in a plastic bag, then in the garbage.

There is a Ring doorbell at the front door, a Ring camera focused on the front porch windows, back door & garage door in the alley for your protection.

Guests have access to the entire house & garage, excluding a couple of closets. You will receive a door code with your check in instructions. There is a keypad on all exterior doors. The garage door remote is hanging at the back door.
