This property was very spacious. We loved the kitchen and the huge island. There was a bathroom in every bedroom which was very important for a family of 6. There were so many activities, stores, restaurants etc...that were within a 15-20 min drive. I highly recommend this property because the customer service and communication with the owners were always prompt.

Great Stay in Nashville

The property was great and was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. The townhouse was clean and exactly as described and pictured. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 and the kitchen/living was such a great common space to spend time together. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Nashville!

Fun weekend getaway with family so see a concert!

Amazing stay and weekend! The house was awesome, plenty of space, immaculately clean, and fully stocked. Very close to downtown, so we enjoyed being so close to Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, museums, etc. The host was wonderful with communication. Lovely suggestions and quick responses. Nice place

If you want to be close to eateries or downtown, not the place to rent if you have no vehicle, we ubered everywhere and it can get expensive. It is very nice, rooftop is great, downside would be 5 flights of stairs to get to it. Overall a nice place.

Property was nice but does need a little love and care. Host was excellent. Responded quickly. Did have issue with fire pit. Would not lite and no lights on rooftop. Be prepared for steps, because there are a lot of them. Location was walkable to stadium, about 1 mile, which was nice. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Amazing Place to stay

Sheng and Mary’s home was the ultimate place to stay. It was beautifully decorated, comfy, and under a 10 minute ride to Broadway. The rooftop had an incredible view of the skyline, a fire pit and comfy seating. The bedrooms were spacious with awesome bathrooms. We got out exercise in walking up & down the steps and visiting the coffee shops and Parthenon. We scootered to The Gulch which I do not recommend… lol !!!! Be sure to rent this place, you will not regret it !!!!!!!!

Perfect Place To Stay

Eight family members traveled to Nashville for our sister’s wedding. We found this new property and took a chance on it even though when we booked it, there were no reviews. The property is exactly as pictured. The rooftop view is amazing! All of the furnishings were new and it was extremely well stocked with items to make your stay comfortable and easy. The property owner was so accommodating and kept In contact with us during our entire trip and responded immediately to emails. I have to say, this was one of my best Vrbo experiences. This place will not disappoint.

Skyline Rooftop Deck

Travelled to Nashville with a party of 8. This VRBO fit our needs perfectly. Had 4 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite which is so important when travelling with couples and friends. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need …. it was definitely our home away from home. The VRBO host was very responsive to any question I had prior to and after booking. It was only a 10 minute shuttle ride to downtown. Even had an electric car charger in the garage for those that may be driving or renting a car. Unfortunately we did not use the rooftop deck due to the wet weather but it too was set up with great views of Downtown Nashville. So if you have a big group planning a trip to Nashville I would recommend checking this place out.

50th birthday girls trip

The house was fabulous! Perfect for a girls trip - everyone had their own bed. We loved the location and it was an quick uber drive to Broadway. Excellent host!

Awesome weekend with friends

If you are looking for a great place to hang out with friends for a long weekend, look no further! This place is fantastic. It was very comfortable for six adults. There was plenty of space to hang out, both in the living room/kitchen area downstairs, and the amazing rooftop deck. Short, easy Uber ride to Broadway, and even closer to some more up-and-coming spots on the west side of town. Bedrooms are spacious, and each has their own full bathroom. Three have one bed, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed. There is a cot and a sofa downstairs as well. Everything in the house is new and nice. There are a LOT of steps, but the payoff on the roof is amazing. Great views of the skyline at night. The townhouse is at the end of the row, and it is next to two other VRBOs. They were both occupied at the time of our stay, and everyone was respectful of each other's stay.

Lovely place - rooftop view was amazing ! Host very easy to work with and so helpful!

Beautiful place and gracious host - very thoughtful and easy Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere in the Nashville area. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy to rent the property! Close to Broadway street! Only problem was battery ran out on keypad entrance.
