Park in the two dedicated spots labeled 3226 and enter through the back door, or if you’re using a rideshare service, access via the front door on Charlotte Ave. You’ll receive a personalized door code for keyless entry, making check-in a breeze. Whether you’re heading out to explore or coming back to relax, access is quick, convenient, and secure.

Other Things to Note:

Bring your furry friends along! We’re a pet-friendly retreat, and we welcome up to two pets for a fee of $100 per pet. With plenty of nearby parks and walkable areas, your four-legged companions will love exploring Nashville as much as you do! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.



We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to view the waiver terms prior to booking!



There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
