Sosua's #1, Guest Friendly -14 Bedroom Villa de Vida is a premium property featuring 14 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a kitchen, gym, pool, and themed BDSM room. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, laundry services, and 24-hour security. Optional services include a personal Chef service for $110 and Bring your own Chef for $50.00 Facility cost, Airport & 24 24-hour transportation is available with Early Check-in and Late Check-out when Possible. Villa de La Vida offers from 8 to 14 elegant bedrooms with King & Queen size beds, from your classic gold to your personal fetish. All bedrooms are equipped with a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, sitting area, Egyptian cotton sheet sets with our brand (rooms are serviced every day-if needed, 2 times a day), flat-screen TVs, and most rooms have a balcony with a lovely garden or pool view. Villa de la Vida has three spacious cozy living rooms, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and four rooms that have an en-suite apartment kitchen.  Every floor has a purification drinking water dispenser.

Just across from the main house, by way of our picturesque bridge, you will find the pavilion. The pavilion during the day serves as a restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen, brick pizza oven with a lounge area, a bathroom, and a 60 inch TV attached to a projector for BIGGER screen viewing. During the night, the pavilion converts into a dancing area with more disco lights, laser lights, smoking machines, and a classic pole for dancing. We have more lights than most clubs in Sosua. In addition, we have an amazing Vegas water & light show that dances along with you to the music.

Next to the pavilion, you will find a fitness center for you to keep your workout schedule so all the great food won't take a toll on your shape. Adjacent to the gym, if necessary to handle some last-minute business or personal matters with privacy and discreetness, we have a fully equipped office with a laser printer, internet, and IP phone. 

After completing any personal business or your workout, you have a hot tub that holds 14 people and is 101 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next to the hot tub, there's a Sauna (which holds 4) and an air-conditioned massage room with state-of-the-art equipment. It has black-out curtains and a Bluetooth sound system so you can relax while listening to the sounds you enjoy. The floors and walls were built with fiber optics so the room feels like you’re looking into space with the floor tinkling beneath you. All masseuses are trained and professional,  MASSAGES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

If you prefer to skip the gym, the yoga center is located above the fetish room next to our farm, where we extract the fresh eggs for your breakfast and raise 100 % Organic chickens, goats, and pigs for your delight. All are cooked to your request and can be BBQ or smoked in the Smoking PIG Pit.

The Fetish Room (BDSM) is fully equipped with many adult toys, game equipment, and instructions for the novices & first-timers (as you can see in the pictures) for you to have an awesome and unforgettable time with your special someone. Many toys are for purchase so you don't need to carry them through customs. What happens in the Fetish Room,  stays in the Fetish Room, So let it all hang out. Live your FANTASY. You only live once. Just be sure to have a safe word :).

In front of the Fetish Room, you will find the pond fish where you can sit and enjoy all of the environment around you while our imported koi fish swim at your feet. Feel free to request entry into our wine cellar to partake in one of the many imported HIGH-end wines or champagnes we store while you look out and view our professionally designed and landscaped area while listening to the relaxing sounds of the many water features.  The surrounding area includes many indigenous plants and flowers of the Dominican Republic, so while relaxing you will be sure to see many hummingbirds and many other species of birds and butterflies. You can't miss it. It's next to the greenhouse and garden, where the 100 % Organic herbs and salads come from the garden to your table.

After all those activities, if you still have the desire for more, we have a regulation-size volleyball, tennis, or soccer court, that also can pinch tents for your wedding, birthday, or super ball party. It’s also the perfect space to host family reunions. The area can house 250 to 300 people and must be catered to. (Call for pricing)

Also, you can just relax at the moment by one of the largest private POOLS in Sosua. The ONLY one with a glass wall. The pool area is furnished with the most updated and modern tables, lounge chairs, and waterfalls. By appointment, we can schedule for you to enjoy a manicure and pedicure while enjoying one of your favorite wines and spirits that you can choose from our selection in the wine cellar. In an effort to maintain the highest cleanliness, each guest who requests a mani and Pedi appointment will receive a customized Villa De La Vida nail kit that they can keep after their appointment.

As if that was not enough, for the family with kids or the just US who are kids at heart, we have a host of other activities for kids, ranging from ping pong tables, horseshoes, mini-golf, swing sets, 4-foot chest sets with led lights, a sandbox, inflatable bounce houses ( must request or kids party only) and a dance light floor show that all will enjoy a night.

Villa de la Vida has free high-speed Wi-Fi, daily cleaning services, 24-hour security service, its own backup generator, and a garage with 6 parking spaces inside a Covered carport with another 20 parking spaces in front of the Villa.

FLEXIBLE RATES: Only pay for what you WANT, Villa de la Vida rents from 8 to 14 rooms. Base rent for a minimum of 8 rooms plus taxes& fees. If your group grows (and it will) the additional cost will be $100, per room, per night. Airport transportation, (STI & POP) All-day transportation & Translation services are available. Private Chef service is also based on the size of your group, with service starting at $100.00 per day. You pick the time the Menu number of meals and buy the food or give the money for the Chef to buy.
