Great place to stay

Looks just like the pictures, is clean and a quiet place to stay. Has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and is relatively close to food, shopping and fun. Highly recommend staying here!

This condo was so pretty and clean! The king bed was super comfy and the spare bedroom was adorable for my daughter. Plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. The use of clubhouses was so great to relax in the pools and grab snacks or drinks.

Great location, amenities, and quiet!

We stayed here for our last Disney trip. It's about a 15ish drive (depending on traffic) and we did leave the park and then go back in the evenings. We ate at Miller's a few nights and the food was good and priced well. The condo was very clean, parking easy, and we had no issues with our stay. Two evenings we visited the pool, lazy river, and water slides which was nice and not busy. Walmart and Publix were nearby as well as a TJ Maxx.

Great stay

Stayed 3 nights to visit Disney World parks for 2 days. Location was great with a quick 10 min drive to the parks. The condo has all you can possibly need for a great stay. The only feedback is there were no pool towels to bring with us when using the pool but good thing we had our own. The property manager was organized and answered our questions in a short delay. Would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful Condo for FamilyOrlando Vacation

Large, clean, new 2 bedroom apartment in gated perfect for a family vacation. 2 full bathrooms: 1 tub, 1 shower. Large kitchen, living room, balcony. On site pool and access to club house with lazy river, splash pad, Jacuzzi and workout room. A pack n play was supplied for our toddler along with clean towels and linen. There were only sample size shampoos and soaps and one laundry detergent pod so bring your own to supplement.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACK-AND-PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR NEED TO BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
Requests after 72 hours before check-in will be charged $50 to have them assembled.

We don't provide pool towels

* Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed prior to check in. If this form is not completed properly and returned at least 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($300.00).
