Fabulous view

Place was quite comfortable with lovely waterfront view. Very relaxing to watch birds, boats and swimmers. Small beach access for launching kayaks if you want to explore the bay.

Amazing view

Such an amazing property. We went to celebrate a friends wedding and the property was close to everything. The view was amazing and so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Awesome setting

We stayed a week and enjoyed the amazing view & location which was central (short car ride) to great food and activities. The near by marina made our boating excursions easy. From the moment we arrived, we wished we would have stayed longer! Thanks Shannon for sharing your beautiful beach house.

Beautiful property

Great home with an amazing view! It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was only a queen and a double bed. 4 guys stayed so two had to sleep on the same bed, 1 got the other bed and one got the small couch.

Cozy Home By The Sea

I got super lucky. I witnessed Mother Nature at her most spectacular moments right from the comfort of this cozy home. The night time thunder, lighting and the intense rain. The stormy sea. The blue skies during the day, the sunrise’s the sunsets. Eventually the sea calmed and everything became still. These moments are what made this home special for me.

It’s All About the View and Location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location or view! Perfect size for 4 adults. Very well appointed. Unfortunately the hot tub was not operational and the house right next door is under construction. We were not informed of either one. So what should have been a peaceful visit turned out to be 9 hours of grinding and jack hammering all 7 days of the week. The host did offer to cancel our stay with no penalty but not a viable option. As long as the construction is done this is one Exceptional rental!

Mixed feelings The stay and house was beautiful but we ran out of water within 24 hours

It was a great time with my family but the inconvenience of waking up to a house with out water is the worst experience we arrived Friday and everything was clean and smooth we went our to see what we would be doing Saturday morning came home and relaxed woke up at 5am only to find out we had no water we contacted the manager Eli and he came and said there had been a problem with a water pipe in the town so he said he would fill the tank and we would have water that took about 3 hours the was upsetting thing was he told us to not over waste the water to me it was like putting us on the edge we were worried about running out of water for the next 2 days I felt like I paid for someone to come and tell me how to spend my vacation when I'm trying to relax and not worry about something like the water we were using if I could get a refund I would try to get it just because it's not fair to rent out a house for $480 with restrictions I would rather pay for a hotel next time!

As I explained initially, the entire area was out of water at the time due to a water break in town...I feel bad and apologize for the inconvenience, but please understand that we had no control over the situation and did all that we could to resolve the problem promptly. We have since installed an additional water holding tank to avoid this problem from happening again. I agree that a hotel stay may be a better option for you should you return to the area in the future...All the best, Shannon
