Amber and her guest were absolutely wonderful. It is always an honor to host wonderful guest as such. We absolutely agree, Casa Serenidad that is located in a very private area in an absolutely beautiful location.

We do not allow pets per our listing for protection of other neighborhood pets and allergies for future guest bookings. Tammies dogs were disclosed two days prior to arrival so we took the risk of allowing her two large dogs to vacation with its family, Tammie stated the dogs would stay outside and would never get on the furniture. Upon arrival to repair a dishwasher the dogs became aggressive with our staff, the dogs were left inside the house unattended for half a day as noted by the outside cameras and our manager. The manager was called in to assist our maintenance crew, the workers had to remove the dogs off our white couches that had dog hair embedded in them, with (no sheets) a stated by Tammie above. Caring for the dogs was our priority not two coffee cups left in a dishwasher due to a breaker switch preventing the dishwasher from functioning. Upon departure the manager left water for the dogs after realizing they had no water bowls with water. Outside cameras did prove the dogs were unattended to for half a day which caused us huge concerns so, security was contacted for the safety of the dogs. We offered you the opportunity for a refund and find another rental but, you chose to stay and promised to clean up after your stay which was not done according to the cleaning crew, gardener and the company that had to shampoo our couches and rugs. Yes we were concerned about the fur babies and the furniture that had dog hair left for our staff to clean, sad to say two rugs were thrown away due to our concerns of urine smell. It's unfortunate that we can't trust renters to bring their fur babies for reasons as such including not picking up their pets feces after their stay. This home is sanitized and immaculately cleaned so it was unfortunate Tammie was a disgruntled guest due to her non-disclosure and dishonesty of keeping the dogs secured in our "gated" two car garage. We want all guests happy and its unfortunate our rules were not adhered to by Tammie. We love hosting wonderful families and never want our guests siting or sleeping in dog hair which is sometimes very hard to remove from furniture. (Pets are not allowed per our vacation home disclosures). Thank you Tammie for staying with us, we are sorry you felt watched, our concerns were those fur babies safety. There are many Dog friendly homes, its just unfortunate you chose not to disclose your pets upon booking, awaiting to disclose your pets at short notice created havoc for us all. Thank you again.
