After a long ride on motorcycles, our lodging was a welcome respite from the road. Very comfortable and clean for five guys over 50 years old.

Great vacation

The location is perfect, close enough to town but not in town. Beautiful area, amazing sunsets. The condo was a little dated but overall it was a good condition and clean. We wish we had known to bring paper products and trash bags.

It includes information about what is provided by us and what you need to bring yourself, such as toilet paper. This was easily the best condo I have stayed at in San carlos, wish I had been going there all along. You can view the ocean from the living room, and patio area, however, it is not a full view. The grounds were beautiful and clean, and the condos were in very good shape. Also one of the best pools I've experienced in San Carlos. And this may not matter or make sense to many, but it had real doors on the bathrooms- I can't tell you how many places I've stayed at in Mexico that for some reason had doors that either didn't fully go to the floor, or were somewhat see-through and didn't go to the floor. Also, the master bathroom had some of the best lighting out of any hotel I've stayed at. It had laundry facilities. Easy walking distance to the beach. Just overall a wonderful condo and we will definitely be going back.

Best Condo Ever!

My family has been coming to this beach for over 40 years. This was by far the best condo we've stayed in! My kids all had their own beds and the A/C worked perfectly the whole time. We were close to the beach but removed from the pool (making it nice and quiet) with very little foot traffic. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will be staying again! Thank you!

June on the Beach

We are looking to move to San Carlos full time, and wanted to see what it is like in June. The condo was great and so close to the beach. It was easy to take paddleboards to and from our shade tent. We saw dolphins several times, and even paddleboarded with them twice! Super fun.

Short stay for work

I needed a neat clean condo near the beach while I conducted business at the industrial park in Guaymas for a few days. This unit worked out great for my wife and me. A few things in the condo were tired and could be updated like towels and sheets. We saw lots of pelicans and dolphins in the bay!

Great property but unexpected problems

This was really hard to rate because the place was great and the communication and attentiveness of the owner was exceptional, but not having AC in the summer at night was hard to overlook.The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed. It even had helpful beach equipment. It was close to the beach and it was easily accessible. It is missing a blind or curtain in the bathroom but we dropped a towel over the rod to cover it up while we were there As mentioned, we had a problem with the AC, it wouldn’t cool at night, but the moment I reached out to the owner she was very responsive. The building maintenance crew was not able to fix the problem and a specialist was called in to fix it after we left. I really appreciated the promptness and willingness from the owner to do everything she could to make up for the AC problem. That meant a lot!

Very nice, but a few misses

The condo is very beautiful and the location is great! However, a couple of little things we wanted to note would have earned this 5 stars: 1) no paper products(toilet paper, paper towels) 2) stained sheets on master bed 3) no dish/laundry soap 4) window in 2nd bath is in shower and open to common walkway- no privacy 5) hot water heater wasn’t lit, we had to track down maintenance man who was very nice and helpful! Overall, the condo is well appointed, clean, quiet, and great location! The feedback is more for the property management than the condo owner. She was responsive to all emails! Would rent again!

Thank you for your review. Please note that the information that I send to my guests is to bring your own paper products, as I do not live in San Carlos and Bahia Delfin does not supply them. I have replaced the master bedding after being notified of their condition. Maintenance erred in not having the hot water heater ready for the arrival. I do everything I can to ensure a clean and beautiful vacation spot!

Comfortable place to stay right off the beach in San Carlos

The condo in person was better than the pictures posted. It was very spacious for our family of 4. The location was safe and right next to the beach. They had some beach items, such as chairs and boogie boards. The owner was responsive. Make sure you give the names of the guest and car information to the owner. I didn't check my email and got charged an additional $75 fee for not having that information ready. It was my mistake though but would like to help anyone that doesn't check their email on a regular basis with an upcoming stay at this place. Overall, we loved our stay here and I would stay at this condo again without question. Staff is friendly and pool was great for the kids.
