Between the three floors and a separate converted garage suite, there's plenty of room to spread out or come together in the cozy kitchen/dining/living area with expansive south-western lake views. On the main floor you will find the primary suite with private bath, half bath, and an open-concept main area that opens to an inviting screened porch. The porch is a great spot for dining and the sunsets are not to be missed! Upstairs there are 2 spacious guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The teen suite in the basement features a game room with couch/futon, TV, dueling hoops basketball, air hockey/ping pong table and board games. In the basement bedroom, there is a custom-built quad XL bunk bed (3 Twin XLs and 1 Queen) and plenty of entertainment with a TV just for gaming (Xbox 360 with games included). The full bathroom with tub is accessible from the bedroom or game room. There is also a separate laundry room for guest use. Walk out to a large covered patio with beautiful lake views. Another great spot for outdoor dining or relaxing on the swing facing the lake. There is a spa-like outdoor shower for rinsing off after a full day on the lake. Outdoor games (corn hole and ladder ball) are available and always a hit!. Get those smores ready for evenings around the firepit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The converted garage suite is its own oasis with a downstairs living area perfectly suited for poker night and some darts, or watching the game. Escape upstairs to a comfortable queen bed, a coffee bar complete with sink, mini fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. The bistro set in this suite is a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and take in the serenity of the lake. The home is filled with new everything from the furnishings to the beds and linens, even the kitchen is stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, etc.

The wide, protected cove off main lake offers calm waters for fishing, swimming, floating, paddle boarding, kayaking and making memories. The double boathouse with bar will offer guests the opportunity to secure their watercraft while enjoying the deep-water cove. There are 2 slips, 1 for a boat and the other for 2 jet skis (with lift), as well as space to tie off 3 more boats. Gather at the bar (with mini fridge and prep space), covered dining with ceiling fan or open tanning deck. To really enjoy the tranquility of this cove, paddle around in kayaks (2 adult and 1 kid) or paddle boards (2 adult SUP) and take it all in. Fishing, swimming, basking in the sun, or simply enjoying sunset with a cocktail, the choice is yours. The large front yard has the slightest slope, but plenty of room for running around. This is an ideal location in a quiet cove, yet in the heart of all the action just off main lake and nearby retail stores and grocery. To name a few, in less than ten minutes you will find a Dollar General, Food Lion, Ace Hardware, ABC store, Lake Gaston Coffee, Subway, Pizza and several restaurants. There is even massage therapy and a gym nearby. Bonus public boat ramp 2-3 mins away. Easy commute right off River Road.
