This chalet, freshly renovated at the end of 2024, is located in the hamlet of Villaret, a popular area of the charming historic village of Peisey, just a short walk from the Lonzagne (televillage), which gives direct access to the Les Arcs ski area.
This all-wood chalet has a floor area of 160m2 and is arranged over 4 levels, comprising :
A lower level overlooking the garden and comprising the ski room, a 4-bed dormitory, a bathroom + separate WC and a small lounge area with sofa (bed), games table and TV. WIFI CONNECTION.
An intermediate level comprising the main entrance leading to 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single high bed, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, a shower room with washbasin and a WC with washbasin.
The first floor features a large, bright and welcoming living room with kitchen, dining room, sitting room with non-functional fireplace and balcony, cathedral ceiling and large full-height picture window with uninterrupted views of the Montchavin mountains.
The second floor features an open-plan master suite with views of the Bellecôte glacier, walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC.
Its exceptional location, 200m from the Lonzagne ski lift, means you can access the ski resort without a car.
In the heart of the village, just 300m from the chalet, you'll find a variety of shops: bakery, cheese shop and local butcher, sherpa: food, sundries, restaurants, bar, post office and tourist office.
The ESF, childcare centre, ski pass sales and ski lifts giving access to the La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas are all located at the Lonzagne entrance.
The free shuttle bus serving the valley floor (Rosuel, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and Vallandry is in the car park at the start of Le Lonzagne.
Price per week: from €1,000 to €4,900 depending on the season + €150 cleaning charge. Towel and linen hire optional.
