Villa Terra Bella heated pool and sea view

Located in the town of Propriano, less than 5 minutes from the city center of the port and the beaches, the villa Terra Bella offers an exceptional view of the Gulf of Valinco and the village of Propriano.

With a capacity of 12 people, it is spread over two levels:
On the first floor, a large living room with bright living room, fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and living room giving access to the furnished terrace and swimming pool, ideal for convivial moments. A laundry room, two beautiful bedrooms each with queen size bed, shower room, WC and sea view.

On the lower level, you will find a living room with lounge and TV area, two other bedrooms each with a queen size dressing room, shower room, WC and TV as well as a fifth bedroom with 4 single beds, bathroom water and WC.

Fully air-conditioned, it also has all the necessary comfort elements and free WIFI access.

Household linen is provided (sheets and towels).
For your comfort we carry out the cleaning after your departure, on the other hand we will ask you to arrange the furniture possibly moved, to empty the dustbins, to wash and arrange the crockery. Failing this, €500 could be deducted from your deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.

Upon your arrival you will have to deposit a deposit of 3000€ and pay, according to the booking platform, the tourist tax.

Arrivals and departures outside the contractual hours are possible independently, contact us for more details.
