This is a NO smoking, NO pets home.
The home is located in Sea Colony West - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community. Sea Colony features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a weekly per person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. It seems that the 2021 summer fee will be $45 per person per week (Saturday to Saturday).
Parking Notes: You can park in the garage and in the driveway. Additional parking is limited. Two street parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more recreation association badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Sea Colony will tow cars that are not properly parked or permitted, at the car owner's expense.
