Light, bright and spacious clean condo ready to rent!! Brand new furnishings ready to go! Contemporary updates throughout including high gloss kitchen cabinets with beautiful backsplash and quartz countertops. Newly remodeled master bath with fresh new features. The over sized spacious laundry room has lots of storage. The unit is upstairs with a front and a back deck along with a 2 car garage. The community is gated and features pools, spas, mountain views, workout facilities and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and a hospital. The unit has 2 bedrooms with spacious closets and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. The unit also has a spacious storage area under the stairs. This is a gorgeous fully remodeled townhome! (1729sq feet)

Perfect!

This townhome is perfect. It’s very clean and the complex is extremely quiet. Check in and out was seamless. I would most definitely stay again.

Fabulous Place!!

Great condo, modern, clean and very well equipped. Beautiful community with three pools and two gyms. Barbara was excellent host, always available to field questions. Perfect location to explore North Scottsdale.

Amazing stay in Scottsdale

I highly recommend Barbara's place in Scottsdale! Her condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. I spent lots of time on the balcony and used the pool and fitness room daily. The property is gorgeous too! Great central location, easy to get in and out. I will definitely want to stay again!

Great Grayhawk Location

Nice quiet spacious condo. Easy check in and nice to have a garage. Great bathrooms, TVs, and large walk in closets. Washer/Dryer and carpet could use updating. Overall we had very nice stay.

Will be back

Barbara’s condo was exactly what we needed. Having lived in North Scottsdale previously I knew that the Greyhawk location was great and well suited our needs. It’s in a lovely gated community and everyone we crossed paths with was very friendly. The condo itself is very spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed to just move in and start enjoying our time there. The kids enjoyed being able to choose between 3 swimming pools and the water temperature was great for May. Barbara was a great host and very responsive to any questions that we had. We look forward to staying again next time we are in town.

Great stay!

Place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was very close to the property with grills available. Barbara thought of everything which made the stay relaxing. Close to a couple of good restaurants, grocery store and a multi use trail that I utilized for morning runs.

Perfect spot in Scottsdale

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. The condo was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The owner was super nice and communicative. Location is perfect for an active vacation or quite time to relax. The place was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Best place ever!

I can not say enough good things about this condo or it's owners! The condo was so nice, roomy and modern. Barbara was a dream to deal with and addressed any issues asap. She had really gone out of her way to purchase soft, comfy bedding, towels and other linens. She had everything you could think as far as incidentals that you might have forgotten. The condo itself had a large laundry room which was perfect for our 2nd week of our vacation to clean our clothes for the next leg of our trip. The kitchen was stocked well of cooking and easy to work in. The condo was right across the street from the pool so super easy to get to. The pool never had more than one other person and most of the time, we were alone. It was only 5 ft at the deepest but still refreshing. It is a gated community and we were on the 2nd floor. We felt quite safe and very much at home. It is located in the nicest part of North Scottsdale and convenient to get to freeways and stores. We enjoyed ourselves so much that I know we will return. I highly recommend this property and this owner!
