Stunning coastal style villa at Bayou Village with BRAND NEW SIX SEAT GOLF CART - so spin on over to the beach on the and breathe the fresh gulf air! This beach villa offers an awesome location convenient to the beach, pool, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. A convenient location along with peaceful panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and lake make this the perfect spot for a memorable beach vacation.

Our gourmet kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for six guests plus two seats at the breakfast bar. For the chef in the family, there is an outdoor barbeque grill. The sunken family room is comfortable and inviting with two queen sleeper sofas and an HDTV. For a truly relaxing afternoon, spend some time outside on the screened porch and take in a remarkable view of the lake and Choctawhatchee Bay.

The upstairs master bedroom suite offers a king bed, a Smart TV (no cable), new sitting area with marina and bay views, and generous closet space. There is access to a private balcony just outside the master suite. The master bathroom is designed with a newly updated vanity and brand new walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, an HDTV and closet. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. There is a hallway bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a full washer and dryer, and internet service is complimentary.

Bayou Village overlooks a scenic pond and offers a view of Choctawhatchee Bay and the Marina. This is a wonderful spot to watch the weekly summer fireworks show! There are two swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. So, enjoy this exceptional villa at 625 Bayou Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We had great 5 days stay with our family of 7! The location was perfect. So much to do within close proximity such as shopping, dining, going to the beach/pool and having the golf cart made it so easy and convenient. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout gave us plenty of space to spread out, and the rental itself was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the updated appliances, it made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Other great perks included the peaceful balcony, the pond view out back, and access to beach and fishing gear in the storage area. This place truly had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. Weā€™d absolutely stay here again!

Great trip

Check in was very simple, the property is very close to the Baytown area and extremely convenient and nice. Having the golf cart also made this stay extremely convenient. I would recommend. Very glad we had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very spacious. There were some things that came up and messaging the owners or management was super easy and they responded quickly.

Great vacation!

My husband and I stayed here for a month in February, and we loved it. The location was very convienent, close to golf courses, grand boulevard mall and the beach. Our townhome overlooked a lake and the links golf course. It was very quiet and relaxing. The golf cart was brand new, and made it easy to get around. The accomodation was spacious and exactly as the listing showed. We would like to especially thank Phyllis, at destin memories, for her quick response and resolution of a few minor issues that we had. We would stay here again and we would recommend this property.

It backs right up to a nice little pond with a fountain where you have a view of the bay. The central location combined with the golf cart allow you to easily travel between the condo and the pool, the beach, Baytowne Wharf, the Marina, and the shopping at The Grand Boulevard. The screened in porch was nice as well as the upstairs balcony area. You can tell it's a busy vacation rental, but everything was clean and overall we enjoyed our stay here. Note: The grill was in horrible shape. It was badly rusted and falling apart on the inside... and looks to have never been cleaned. So if you are expecting a nice grill to be there, you might want to make other dinner plans.

The location and use of the golf cart were the best part of the stay! The house in general was fair. The garbage disposal had an awful smell, most of the decorations were full of dust and dirty, there were bugs flying out of the downstairs bathroom. We decided to stay busy doing activities so that we would not have to be in the house for long periods. The property was not our standard of renting, but may be okay for others. They did provide ample towels if you don't bring your own and the property is spacious enough for large families.

The only thing we noticed was the back porch area could have been a little more clean but otherwise it was a great trip. We would stay here again!

Great trip!

The property in general was in great shape! The white couches do look a little dirty but no big deal. The location is great and the unit had everything we needed! We were supposed to have two golf carts. One never showed up but the management company loaned us a second one. The one that did come with the property was old and had maintenance issues in the beginning. None of this is the managements fault as the owner probably needs to upgrade carts to ensure others donā€™t have to deal with the problems. The management company was VERY accommodating and helpful, which we appreciated tremendously! We will definitely use this company to rent from again but probably not this unit. We really want reliable golf carts as that is a huge reason why we pick certain units. Thank you to the managers for going out of their way to make our trip the best!

Nice location but some issues

Property is in a very convenient location and is well laid out. However it definitely needs a very good deep cleaning. Comforter in master bedroom seemed to have shoe stains on it like someone had been laying there watching tv. Also a few other issues. The dryer did not seem to work properly as it took multiple runs to dry clothes. Also, when the two golf carts are being charged it apparently trips the breaker on downstairs tv and wifi so you can not watch tv and charge carts at the same time. We didnā€™t bother to call mgmt on any of this since we were only there for the weekend and didnā€™t want to waste some of our time with repair and cleaning people coming in and out. It looks like the cleaning has been neglected for quite some time so I would expect mgmt is already aware of this issue.

The location is very convenient, located close the one of the gates. The unit came with 2 golf carts. Perfect for taking to the beach and getting around in the resort. It's easy to golf cart to Baytown Wharf for dinner. The unit has a screened back porch on a pond. The unit was updated with a new flooring, renovated kitchen & bathrooms.There is a full bathroom on bottom level of townhouse with a dresser so if someone stays on the sofa bed there is a place for them to store their stuff & get ready. The kitchen & bathrooms were clean as far as the sinks, countertops & showers / tubs. Although the decor is updated & looks cute in the online listing, the unit is a little dingy - all dressers / tables were covered with glass tops. But there was food / debris / dust underneath most of them. The white couch in the living room just looks dirty, we didn't sit on it. There was food spattered on the blinds in the kitchen that I cleaned. The liner of the curtains in the master look dirty. The walls & handrails look dingy & need to be touched up.

BeachBlue immediately sent a technician out and we were moved into another unit by the next morning. The problem was addressed quickly and all the reps were extremely professional in taking care of the situation. Much appreciated!
