Family Vacation at Sandestin

Great time and wonderful location. Loved the layout, the screened in porch, the 2 golf carts and how easy everything was while we were there. Hope to be back.

Nice clean plenty of beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got switched to this place after our house rental was sold. It was clean and nice and had plenty of beds. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Has a washer and dryer. Only downfalls were the golf carts are very used and barely hold a charge. Just enough to get to beach and back. Anything more and they would stop. Also the bathrooms are all connected to a room so no communal bathroom which was kind of a pain with a group of boys needing to share with the girls and access to their room. It was nice inside but do note this is on the second and third floors which isnt apparent from photos so make sure you can do plenty of stairs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and that the kitchen, appliances, and washer and dryer helped make your stay convenient. We appreciate your comments regarding the golf carts and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with their performance. We understand how important reliable transportation can be, especially for getting around the resort, and we’ll share your feedback with our team for review. We also appreciate your observations about the bedroom and bathroom layout and the stairs. We understand that these details can be important when traveling with a larger group, and we’ll review the listing information to ensure the property’s layout and multi-level design are communicated as clearly as possible. Thank you again for choosing Gibson Beach Rentals, especially after your original accommodations changed. We’re glad we were able to provide a comfortable alternative and hope you enjoyed your time on the Emerald Coast.

Perfect House

Our stay was excellent. The house is exactly as described. Location has easy quick access to the beach and Baytowne Wharf Village. Once you arrive there is no need to leave the community. House is nice and spacious for two families. The games were a nice touch as we waited for a few showers to clear. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We really enjoyed this property. It was so spacious and in a great location. We especially loved having two golf carts for our group of 10. The cleaning company should do a better job. The floors had not been mopped or vacuumed. We contacted the property manager and they were helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

This house was for all my military friends/ wedding party for my wedding. This was a great place to stay very spacious. Great rooms. Very comfortable couch. Had an Alexa which was nice to have music playing. Looked right over the golf course. The team was great and helpful sending me updates and everything that needed to be done for checkout. Everyone had their own space and the golf carts were a great way to get around in. During the off season we got this whole place to ourselves. I would rebook here and recommend it over and over again!
