Great location and property

Great location and clean home. Plenty of space to gather together and retreat to private quarters in the evening. Clean and inviting pool and garden. Lots of outdoor seating and a grill. Wonderful hosts!

Sanary sur Mer is a lovely place, the villa is well located for walking to a small beach in Baie de Cousse, (pebbly and a bit smelly), but fun for an hour or so snorkelling. We also walked 20mins to a fantastic Boulangerie near Portissol plage, which was a beautiful walk. Portissol beach looked better for swimming and snorkelling but we tended to stay at the villa and use the pool which was fantastic and just the right temperature.Sanary sur Mer was a lovely town we enjoyed the night market. Only negatives are that the villa looked tired and only one shower had warm water. The kitchen didn’t have a big enough freezer (integrated fridge was a good size though), and it was a pain having to keep going downstairs to get food from the other fridge (which again was quite small). Far better to replace the small fridge/freezer in the kitchen with a larger freezer.Useful bikes to use although we found that walking into Sanary was better as there is quite a hill to climb on the way back. Quite a lot of mosquitos in the evening but once you get used to smothering yourself in repellent by 5pm it was fine!We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would return - particularly if the items that are ‘kaput’ are fixed. Special mention to Max - he was brilliant and really made us feel welcomed. Thanks for a great stay!

On y va à pied.

great holiday

we passed a great holiday in this beautiful villa, well situated in a residential area close to the sea. We asked for an extra bed, as we were a group of 9 adults. This was arranged by the owner without any problem. The villa is well maintained and very complete with 3 refrigerators, and a washing machine available. the kitchen is well equipped with enough crockery and glasses for a larger group of people. The swimming pool is large and very clean.

Comfortable, clean and spacious villa. Just perfect!

The villa is very spacious, very clean and has all the comfort we could desire. We felt at home the minute we arrived. It is situated in a beautiful, quit and green residential area with all villas, close to the beaches and to the center with its cosy old port. The garden is large and offers several seating areas, and off the kitchen there is a nice outside dining area with a long table and a fireplace with BBQ. From the first-floor terrace you even see the sea. The pool is the best we have ever had, it's large and very clean. The owners have been very kind and helpful before, during and after our stay. It's one of the best villa's we ever stayed in and we would love to return!

Thanks a lot to owners of this villa who make our stay very comfortable.

This villa is very beautiful and comfortable for the big family or group of friends, situated in calm area. Beach is only 5 min walk. There is everything in the villa you may need. Kitchen is very good organized with all modern devises (even 3 refrigerators). There are two nice terraces where you may have your meals enjoying nice views. Food you may buy in the market in Sanary which is recognized as the best market in France. There is a lot of cooking battery, dish clothes and cleaning things. Beds are comfortable even for those who have issues with back. You can use 6 different size bicycles which are in very good conditions. Swimming pool is amazing with balls, toys and life jacket for child. Living room is very cozy, there are several nice table games for the whole family. Owners think about comfortable stay of their guests and even provide with devises against mosquitos! In general owners are very responsive and immediately react on your questions/requests. Our family had very nice, relaxed vacation in this villa and there are no doubts we would like to come here again!

Merci beaucoup!
