Come enjoy Ain't Mistbehavin in the WaterColor community with access to all of the amenities including the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor to name a few. If you wish to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of the community, you have a private pool with lounge area, covered grill area, and wood-burning fireplace. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The open floor plan on the first floor allows you to enjoy the living area with multiple sitting areas and gas fireplace, while utilizing the expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops to cook family dinners. The second floor offers a king master suite and two queen guest suites, all with their own private bathrooms. The second floor landing leads to a balcony with sitting area for lounging with a view of the pool and leads over to the carriage house, that has its own stairway to the pool area. The carriage house offers its own living area, kitchenette, and king master bedroom with full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The third floor is a child's paradise with two bunks rooms and a second living area, as well as a media room for family movie nights!. Ain't Misbehavin offers a little slice of paradise away from home for everyone to enjoy!
NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests ages 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 14 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 14 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.
Pool Heating: Pool and spa heating is offered at an additional cost from October through April. To ensure safe and effective operation, pool heating is only available when weather conditions permit. Heating is not available when outdoor temperatures are consistently below 50°F or above 80°F.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.

Parking
Ain't Mistbehavin has designated parking for 2 -3 vehicles in the driveway and room for 1 additional vehicle in the garage (golf cart also parked in the garage). There are additional on-street parking spaces in front of the home that are on a first come first serve basis.
WaterColor will only issue one parking pass per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
