Lake Chelan Blick Haus mit Pool, Whirlpool & Garten!

Thank you for staying and glad to hear you had such a great time! A few statements are incorrect in this review that I do need to correct for future guests who may be reading this. The basement bathroom toilet works fine. You contacted us saying you plugged it up on your own accord and needed a plumber, which we called out right away for you, and once resolved it worked fine the rest of your trip. We have frequent pest control which was out there the day before you arrived, however being we are in the mountains and by orchards, the hornets have been bad this year, which is harder to control, but I came over right away at the start of your trip once you told me and removed the new nest for you right away! Regarding the pool maintenance, we do have professionals that service the pool and hot tub weekly to ensure both are opperating correctly, and kept as sparkling clean and functional as possible for our guests which most people LOVE. They come twice a week and are there for less than 30 minutes each time, NOT 2 HOURS. Landscaping comes for 30 minuntes or less once a week to keep the yard looking its best. Sorry for any inconvencience this causes, however these are necessary to ensure the home is at its best at all times for all of our guests, especially those who are staying for extended periods of time. We also have 24/7 customer support in case our guests need any help or have any questions so we can address any issues right away! Thank you again!

Thank you for staying! This is an older remodeled farmhouse, as advertised on our listings. The AC was just recently installed and tested by a local professional company. This is the first time I have heard about this issue, so we will certainly reach out to them to check and see why airflow is being blocked to certain areas! It could be as simple as a closed vent duct in one of those area's which is common for guests to close and open during stays. As for the hot tub, it was serviced and found to be in functional condition the day of your arrival. Our hot tub servicing company doesn't work on the weekends, so they came out the first available time they could, as I communicated to you. They discovered that the touchscreen display was changed from unlocked by default to locked, which was done by someone in your group, so all of those functions became locked. That is why the jets wouldn't turn back on. We leave the display unlocked so guests can change the temp, jet's, lights etc, and always advise our guests not to change settings which can cause things to not work properly and can result in expensive service trips, repairs and even damage, which we will bill to the responsible guest. I responded immediately and tried to accommodate all of your messages, as best as I could! I'm glad you had a great stay and look forward to hosting you again soon! Thanks!

Thank you for staying and for the wonderful review! We are shocked by a few things you mentioned, as we didn't hear from you at all during your stay. We have 24/7 customer service that is available to help at any time as we strive to achieve a 5 star stay for each of our guests! We had previously installed 2 brand new AC mini splits in the home, one in the master bedroom and one in the basement to provide the entire home with the most efficient AC possible! We have not had any complaints or issues with the AC prior to or since your stay so not sure what happened during your trip! We would have loved to hear from you during your trip, as we would have worked quickly to ensure it was working properly for you! A previous guest had damaged the pool cover which was something outside of our control, but we do have professional pool cleaning and servicing done multiple times weekly to keep it clean and in the best condition possible, however it is an outdoor pool in the mountains so we do get some leaves and such that blows in there from time to time even when covered! This home is an older farmhouse so it is not perfect, but we continuously service and maintain it so our guests can experience the best stay possible! Thank you again for staying and we hope to be able to host you again soon.
