We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned flat, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are extra.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath, WC

Outside :
- The first terrace of 8 m² at the entrance of the flat.
- The second terrace of 10 m2 accessible by the kitchen open to the living room with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Common area :
- The swimming pool is common to the residence, unsupervised. It is open from April to October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment which will allow you to quickly reach the main centres of interest of North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse at 10 km, Calvi or St Florent in 45 minutes, calanques of Piana, Cap Corse... In addition, you will be able to take advantage of the many shops located a few hundred metres away during your stay: bakery, restaurants with evening entertainment, tobacconist's shop and SPAR supermarket, beach and nautical base 500 m away.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
