New total renovation! Beautiful, Non-Smoking Home in the Heart of Seagrove Beach, located near secluded Eastern Lake yet minutes from Seaside and Rosmary Beach shopping areas. Stunningly decorated with every amenity one could wish for! Dazzling views of the emerald blue Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches from EVERY room in the house!

The first floor features two large bedrooms, each with a grand-size double vanity bathroom, each connecting to a double bunkroom (perfect for multiple families). Also on the first floor is a recreation room with TV, a wrap-around front porch facing the community pool, and a deck overlooking the Gulf.

The second floor has a large open Family Room, Dining Room, and Gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, separate ice maker, and every gadget a cook could need! There is a large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and another deck which provides views of the community pool. Also on this floor is a Master Bedroom with a deluxe Bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, and European rainwater shower.

The third floor Tower room is a separate Master suite with private deck and breathtaking views of the Gulf!

Lovely Stay

Our group of 12 meet up on 30A each year. This house provided a great location, nice community pool and beautiful view of the beach from the 2nd story deck. We enjoyed our week-long stay.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

We had our entire family of 14 (4 family groups) and the set up was perfect. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of space, lovely views, easy walk to beach, and overall perfect location. Great Family Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations! The spaciousness of each room, the content of the kitchen (having 2 refrigerators is awesome) and furnishings was top notch.Also, having 2 living areas was such a plus for our group. We were all so impressed by the cleanliness of the house/porches and the location is perfection. We will definitely stay here again! It was truly everything we wanted in a VRBO.

A perfect spot for a getaway

Incredible property! Pictures don’t do it justice, so many great amenities and phenomenal views. The owner went out of their way to ensure the experience was great and that our AC continued to work in spite of an incredibly hot week! Perfect Spot!

This house meet all of our expectations. It was spacious and had tons amenities. While staying there, you must take the five minute walk down Eastern Lake Rd and check out the Lake access. It was a perfect wading area for everyone, especially kids. The owners were super and always available to help us navigate our first stay on 30A. We’ll be back!!

Amazing!

Best vacation we’ve had on 30A! Beautiful home with many amenities. The seagrove beach / ocean views are wonderful too. Great for families with children as the house comes with beach toys and it’s an easy walk to the beach . Our host was super attentive and made sure no issues. Will definitely look forward to returning!!

Perfect family vacation

The house was perfect! Great views, very clean and spacious. Also had everything we needed for the week. Owner was very hospitable and attentive to us. Beach access was easy and I highly recommend using the 30A beach chair company. It was well worth the money and ensures you get a nice spot on the beach. Overall we had the perfect vacation and I hope to go back again!

Spectacular views

We have stayed in five different houses in the Summer’s Edge neighborhood and this house was by far the best! The view from the deck was amazing- almost seemed like you were beachfront! The house itself was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything including a huge stock pot for shrimp boils! We can’t wait to go back and this will be our house of choice.

Perfect place for the week

The house is perfect. Easy beach access. 4 master beds, with 2 attached to bunk rooms. We set the baby up in an attached bunk room. Living area had plenty of space for her play-mat on the floor. We rented bikes for the week which was great for running around shopping or eating. Owners are very responsive. We had only one issue (with the plumbing) and although it was the weekend, they sent someone out to take care of it.

Beautiful Sight to Sea!

Loved this property! So welcoming in decor and large family area. Close to restaurants and very close to the beach. The sea and beach views are just beautiful. We will definitely come here(if we can book it) the next time we come to Florida! Thank you Mark! You were a great host! Explained everything in detail before we got there so we didn’t have any questions during our stay.

Family Vacation

We all had a wonderful time. Place was exactly as advertised. My only complaint was the toys/beach chairs/etc were an absolute mess. Had to organize so you could find things. Also...kitchen is well equiped but no rhyme or reason of where things are. Dryer was unusable for the first 2.5 days. Location was fabulous and pool was perfect for when the kids and adults were fed up with the beach.
