Perfect Accommodation, Perfect Vacation!!

This home provided the perfect accommodation fro an extended family of 12. There was ample space to gather as a family and then plenty of space for getting away for some private time. There was nothing like walking down the private boardwalk to the beach. I'll be back!!

Wonderful house to spend vacation with friends !! Conveniently located, tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture for lounging, dining & balconies. Best equipped kitchen, it had everything & excellent for entertaining!! House was clean & no maintenance issues. We all voted to return !!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! the home was immaculate, Beach and views were perfect! loved having the extra fridge and stacked washer/dryer downstairs, the full size washer/dryer on 2nd, and the extra icemaker in the fully-stocked kitchen! Customer service was great, quickly repairing the minor issues we encountered after a storm. We used the community pool a few times also, and it was very well kept also. The location was great!

The private beach access allowed for a much more relaxed and enjoyable vacation. We walked to dinner and to get ice cream. The house is very spacious and well maintained. Lots of dishes, towels, etc for all of us. Parking was a bit cramped for 3 vehicles, but we made it work. Elevator broke a few times, but someone was sent quickly to fix the problem. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Kids loved the community pool as well.

This gorgeous gulf front home has everything you need and plenty of space for everyone. There's a great living room and kids area/loft on the 3rd floor, an elevator, a community pool, and 4 complimentary bikes. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are absolutely breathtaking. Best Beach vacation ever!

After searching for a oceanside house for all 13 of us, I found this one. I continued to look for one as nice but less expensive and didn’t find one. We stretched our budget and booked as soon as we knew the date that worked for all 3 families. This house was even better than the pictures! The extra washer/dryer and refrigerator on the first floor were so helpful! We called to report the elevator not working and had quick service fixing it. The bikes were great and having the ground level patio and outdoor shower really helped keep the house less sandy. The decor was beautiful, not too much and very tasteful! The Kitchen was very well equipped and roomy enough for several cooks. The living area is wonderfully large and all if us had a place to sit. We hope to come back next summer.

Family week at Beach

They property is beautiful and great for a family. A few minor issues were solved quickly. There were only one towel per person in the house. Corrected quickly. We had eleven people but only 7 forks. We were delivered 4 additional forks, so we went to the store and purchased more forks and donated them to the property. We were told two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, not true. We purchased more and left it at the house. One bathroom is so small and crowded, the granddaughters had to sit side saddle on the commode. It was a great week, but not as nice as the family beach weeks we have enjoyed the last 11 years.

The best house on the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the 11 years we have been going on a big family vacation, this house and part of the beach topped them all. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need, from towels to kitchen items. Each floor was spacious and we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The house was clean upon arrival and they offered services to clean during our stay. Our favorite part about this house was the private gorgeous beach. Every morning they put signs up marking off a section of the beach for the South Grande Dr beach goers. If you looked left and right, the beach was packed but at our spot, there was plenty of room for our 7 kids to play and the adults to have a front room view of the ocean. I can not forget about the location! It is a very short walk to the Blue Mountain creamery, the blue mountain bakery, the Blue Mable restaurant and several other neat places! We are already planning to rent this house again next summer because it is amazing!

Amazing!!!

We have stayed in a lot of rental houses on 30a and this one was our favorite! Blue Mountain is our favorite area and the private beach access was so nice. It also was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, grill, make drinks etc! We love staying somewhere that you can walk to places and we were able to walk to several restaurants as well as Blue Mountain Creamery. It was the perfect fall break for us.
