Mit 5 Schlafzimmern, die über 3 Kingsize-Betten verfügen, haben Sie viel Platz für Privatsphäre und Entspannung. Wir haben 3 Vollbäder und eine Außendusche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen HD-Fernseher und ein schönes Spa-Bad mit Kholer-Whirlpool, separater verglaster Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Das zusätzliche Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügt über einen HD-Fernseher und ein separates Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa zum Lesen und Entspannen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, einen an der Wand befestigten HD-Fernseher und befindet sich in der Nähe des Bades. Nifty Shades of Gray

We've stayed here three summers in a row and will probably keep going back. It's the perfect location, plenty of space for a big group, beachfront, great view, clean, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent vacation property

We enjoyed our stay at Nifty Shades of Gray. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach service was also very good with chairs and umbrellas normally setup by 8:30. Denise, our contact with property management, was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The only improvement that I could think of is their Internet service wasn't the best we have seen. The TVs would pause more frequently than normal to load videos. We didn't go to Florida to watch TV so it wasn't that big of a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

On the gulf

Views of the gulf from every room. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Beautiful decor. Enjoyed sitting on the porch to view our private sunset. Even had our beach chairs and umbrella set up every day. Great vacation.

Nifty shades of grey

Loved the house and accommodated all of us perfectly! One thing if I could recommend for large groups is an additional trash can! We checked in at 4pm on Friday (trash service had already run) and checked out on a Monday so Tuesday hadn't gotten to us yet therefore we had trash outside of bins but waiting for collection tomorrow. All in all 10/10 and spectacular views from inside the living room and on the deck of course. Thanks so much!

Women of a certain age

Our annual girls trip was wonderful! The homes panoramic views (even in the rain) and fire pit was a highlight. The property managers were responsive to some minor details. I would highly recommend this home, which is in a great location to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful views

We had a great week at Nifty shades of gray. The views from the kitchen/ livingroom area are amazing, the short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made it so easy to enjoy the beach with kids. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and management was quick to help with anything we needed. I saw previous reviews talking about dirty furniture but the furniture was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay

The layout and space of Nifty Shades of Gray was the best ever. The children, cousins of various ages, had ample sleeping space downstairs with their own den and large bath. The adults had a the whole upstairs…4 BR and 3 Baths, kitchen, den, and dining combo. Rooms were spacious, but the small room was missing a closet and storage for clothes. The house had everything needed for a comfortable week. However, it had a roach problem. Someone came to spray, but roaches were still around for our week! That could have been a problem because if construction next door! There was an electrical issue that was attended to immediately! There was also an issue with the ice machine…it hasn't worked in a while and there were no plans to replace it. A fridge ice maker is not big enough to handle a large number of guests. Some fixer-ups inside should be addressed. It's too nice a home to let it show such wear and tear! All and all we love Nifty Shades of Gray at Inlet Beach, Florida.

Recent stay

4th time we've stayed. We love the property. Unfortunately, the furniture is filthy. I put sheets over it just to sit on it. Probably dated. Lots of bugs this year inside for some reason. The Laidback chair service is the best we've had

Our Third Stay at Nifty Shades of Gray!

As always we loved the house and our stay at Nifty Shades! However - we do have some feedback to share after this trip. Let me begin with the broken air conditioner (mini-split) in the kitchen and family room area. The property management company was VERY prompt in installing a portable unit which was a tremendous help - but the mini split which wasn't working when we checked in was never fixed during our two week stay. Secondly - the furniture in the family room area (the couch and chairs) are getting pretty dirty and ragged. The wear and tear is to be expected in a rental - I'm only noting this as its probably time to recover or replace them - they are pretty bad. Finally - a few things need repaired/replaced. The front door lock and handle - though functional - is almost broken and should be replaced. The ice machine in the laundry isn't working and master bedroom mattress is VERY soft and probably in need of replacement as well. Again - though we had a lovely time - I thought it important to share this feedback to keep up the high ratings this rental usually receives. Thank you for all your help and support! We Love Nifty Shades!

We are repeat renters and love the spaciousness and location of this house! Plenty of room for group of 10-12, the kitchen is great and the "protected" beach area is invaluable as this slice of heaven on 30A gets more crowded. Hoping to be back for two weeks next year! One final comment - Paradise Properties is AWESOME to work with!!!

Two Amazing Weeks at Nifty Shades of Gray!

We truly enjoyed our two weeks at Nifty Shades of Gray and I would offer a strong recommendation for anyone who is interested in the house/location! The house is much bigger than it appears from the outside and we had 9 comfortably for two weeks and at points as friends joined it held up to 13 - and never ran out of hot water! The highlight is the 180 degree view and the outdoor living space. its outstanding! Service was superb and though we only had small issues - they were quickly resolved! My only input for improvement would be: the internet in the middle upstairs bedroom in particular and sometimes through the house would drop. May want to have the service provider take a look at the coverage in the area/house. Finally - would have loved to have a vacuum to collect the sand that accumulates during the week. We WILL be staying here again! Overall - it was EXCELLENT!

We can't you all enough for making this weekend so special and memorable. This location was perfect for our family weekend and the house was absolutely breathtaking. Cute house and just steps to the sand

The location of the house was great and the beach access was as good as it gets! Our only complaint was that the blender, ice maker, and water dispenser on the refirgiferstor was basically nonfunctional. The property management company was great and you are just a short bike ride away from the middle of Rosemary Beach, so eating out was really easy too!

Amazing beach front home!

The house was perfect. The photos were beautiful but the house was even more so in person. Great location next to Rosemary Beach. Easily walkable or ride the bikes down 30A. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. And sunset on the deck great. Highly recommend this house.
