Edgewater Condominiums is a complex full of amazing amenities! Beachfront pool area (heated- SEASONAL Mid-November- Mid-May), hot tub, tennis court, and private beach access! The condo entails 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The interior of this condominium was recently remodeled. Brand new floors throughout, new kitchen and bathroom countertops, and new showers!
Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. The spacious master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this splendid beachfront condominium here on South Padre Island.

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper).
