We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Lussault-sur-Loire "Val d'Amboise", this charming and spacious apartment completely renovated in 2022, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with authentic oak parquet floor, TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, hood, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine...
- A room with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Lussault-sur-Loire, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, big market in Amboise on Sundays and Fridays.
A similar apartment on the same floor can accommodate 3 to 4 additional travelers. If needed, please contact us.

- Discovery of the city of Amboise (10 minutes away):
Come and discover this city full of history with its half-timbered houses, its sublime castle with white stone symbolic of the Loire castles. You will also be able to stroll along the banks of the river, on foot or by bike, or visit the Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci Museum) or the Great Aquarium of Touraine 2km away.
- Discovery of the city of Tours (25 minutes away):
Today Tours is the capital of Touraine and was the capital of the Kingdom of France in the 15th and 16th centuries. The city has kept many traces of its past and invites you to discover them. A very lively district, the Old Town and its famous Place Plumereau, is the heart of Tours. Lined with half-timbered houses and private mansions, this pedestrian square is full of restaurants and cafés. Don't miss the Gothic cathedral of Saint-Gatien, symbol of the city.
- Gastronomic heritage: the sainte-maure-de-Touraine, the vineyards, the rillons de Touraine, the nougat, the crémet d'Anjou...
- Event : The light course, the big market of Tours, the musical festivals...
