Situated in the 19th arrondissement, the apartment is close to the Ourcq canal and the Buttes Chaumont. It is naturally well-lit and designed to meet the needs and expectations of tourists, business travellers as well as families.

The property opens up to a spacious living room with a sitting area that has a comfortable couch bed and a TV. And the kitchen is stocked with modern appliances including a cooktop stove, oven, and refrigerator. There are cooking plates, and cutlery available for light cooking.

There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed which is made up of fresh, hotel-quality linen for your full comfort. And the contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This neighbourhood is home to some of the city's best attractions, including La Villette, the Musée des Arts et Métiers, and La Bellevilloise. Restaurants and bars abound on this street, including L'Entrée des Artistes and La Bellevilloise. And for coffee lovers, Terminus Nord is the perfect spot for a morning meal. Public transportation is also nearby, connecting you to many places in Paris.

With Bolivar and Colonel Fabien stations, only a short walk away, you can easily reach any attraction in the city with ease!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
