Great family property

Very nice location, easy access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. The property has a really nice private backyard, and is very clean. It was perfect with our young grandson. I would definitely stay there again.

Short walk to the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach. The check in process was easy. I give 10 stars for cleanliness and the open concept gave plenty of space for everyone. We would stay here again when visiting San Diego.

Great Home Away from Home

The house was clean upon our arrival and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Our kids (2 and 4) loved the outdoor shower and we loved the convenience of eating meals at home and walking to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again.

Clean and great location

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. The location in PB is great. We walked to dinner, shopping and the beach. The house had all the essentials and was set up very well. Thank you!!

February get away

2 couples spent the month of February here to get away from Midwest winter. The home was perfectly suited for 2 couples and we spent a lot of time in the lovely backyard. The location was perfect for us - close to beach and many places to walk for dinner/drinks etc... but on a very quiet street. The house and yard are really amazing and we loved our time here!

Christmas in PB

My family of 5 spent Christmas week in this comfy, tidy, centrally located house. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The back yard was nice. We enjoyed being walking distance to the surf, beach and shops of Pacific Beach. We had easy access by car to other areas of San Diego - Coronado, laJolla, Encinitas, etc. Highly recommend.

Immaculate with great location

This property is 3 blocks from Mission Blvd. and only steps away from dining, shopping and the beach. It is beautiful and very contemporary in design. Amenities such as Alexa music speakers, full size washer and dryer, and updated appliances. The backyard is private and tranquil. I have stayed in a lot of San Diego properties, and this one is new and gorgeous. I highly recommend it!!

Cozy home with awesome backyard

Emerald Beach house is a great place to stay at while in San Diego. The house is exactly as described and shown in the listing. Tastefully upgraded, very clean and well stocked. The large backyard with BBQ grill and outdoor fireplace was our favorite spot to hang out in the evenings. Great location too. It is a short 10min walk to the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. are all close by. There is plenty of parking is on the street but it does fill up on weekends. Overall I highly recommend Emerald Beach House!!!

Totally Awesome !

Beyond wonderful location- walking distance to both beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Amazing space to rest and relax after a long day of walking, sun, and salt water. Outdoor shower is wonderful! Pillows and mattresses were all very comfy. Directions and info from host were readily available and easy to access. I hope they let us come back ;) We made lifelong memories and are so sad to get back to real life, we hope to be back soon! Thanks so much Sharon! xx

Look No Further!

Our recent trip to Pacific Beach to visit our children was perfectly fantastic and memorable - and made even more so staying at Sharon’s house on Emerald Street! This house is beautifully and comfortably appointed and had absolutely everything we needed to settle in quickly and enjoy our long weekend visiting with our kids. The outdoor space was a perfect backdrop for our larger group to sit around the fire pit and dining table spending time together and catching up. This beautiful house is just as pictured - and had many amenities that we both appreciated and enjoyed! Everything is just a short walk from the house - beach, shops, restaurants and coffee houses:) The communication with Sharon was excellent - from initial contact, answering misc. questions and then the binder of info left for us on the table. Sharon was so gracious and generous in so many ways - it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. If our children remain in the area - we will certainly be returning and enjoying another stay on Emerald Street! Thank you for everything!

Emerald House

We loved the Emerald Beach House and it was just as described: immaculate, comfortable, and a few blocks from the beach! Out the front gate, make a right, and walk straight toward the Pacific - great fun for those of us from the East Coast. Sharon & Adam were excellent hosts, easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you both! Without doubt we would stay again the next time we’re in San Diego!

Looking for the perfect PB get away? Look no further than The Emerald House!

From check-in to check-out the experience Sharon delivers is stellar. The Emerald House was just as described (If not better) and was perfect for our party of 6 staying there. The rooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable! Our favorite time not spent at the beach was our time out on the back patio with the beautiful gas fire pit. If you’re looking for an awesome Pacific Beach stay that’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and fun laid back bars than book here! Thanks again, Sharon!

The house was actually as seen in pictures! It was clean with extra welcoming touches!

The entry keypad and alarm were nice to have as well as the in house washer and dryer. The bedrooms were big with spacious closets. The walk to the beach was about four blocks and we were close to many restaurants. We had a great time and would go back again!

Wonderful stay!

The home is exactly as pictured and described. We could not have been happier with it. The location was perfect. Short walk to Crystal pier and Pacific Beach. Short drive to San Diego and La Jolla. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sharon really thought of everything you may need while on vacation, and there were many special touches. (She even left donuts on the porch one morning.!) My family especially loved playing corn hole in the back yard and sitting around the fire. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and we easily made several meals while there. We only needed to buy groceries. The basics were already there. Everyone raved about how comfortable their beds were..and the water pressure in the showers was AMAZING!!!! Communication prior and during the stay was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sharon! My family will have fond memories of our stay in your home.

Excellent home and location!

We had an amazing sisters’ weekend with this home as our home base. The house has everything you need. Really loved the charging stations in every room and next to the beds! Easy walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Quiet street and lots of room to spread out inside and on the back patio. Owner was very easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!!
