A message about the spa was sent prior to your stay, but we understand how easily trip details can get overlooked during planning, or that you may have missed the email. We deeply regret that this wasn’t more clearly communicated or followed up on, and that no alternative options were offered when you reached out. That doesn’t take away from how frustrating it must have been to find out in person, and we truly regret that we didn’t do more to support you during your stay.
