The Three C's condominium is a low-density, twelve-unit complex built in 2007. It offers no water frontage, but is only about 100 yards from a public beach access. Unit 205, is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that accommodates up to nine people and has new smart flat screen televisions in the living room and in both bedrooms and new wood look vinyl flooring in the living areas. The complex has a community pool for you to enjoy during your stay vacation at Three C's or take a short walk across the street and enjoy the sights and sounds on the beach. Come and enjoy the pristine beach and soak up the sunshine. Snorkel in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and discover sea creatures and the perfect sea shells. What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.
