Erica, we would like to sincerely apologize for your poor experience, we know not being able to use all the cabin amenities must have been so disappointing and we understand you were anticipating these things. While we did notify you prior to your stay that we were working to resolve many of these items, we understand expectations were not met and we're so sorry this was the case. We apologize greatly for the cleanliness issues, as this is not our standard and the cabin should have been cleaned accordingly before your arrival. We completely understand your frustration at not being able to fully utilize the cabin amenities as you had been anticipating, and while we did reach out to inform you that these amenities were unfortunately not going to be available during your stay, we understand how disappointing this was and hate this happened. And while we were able to resolve some of the concerns you had, unfortunately, some of the issues persisted and we wish we would have been informed of this.
