Then at night, gather around the fire pit to enjoy the stars and quality time with your family or peers. Perfect for family reunions, wedding ceremonies, group activities, company retreats.

There are 6 bedroom suites each with its spacious private bath. There is an extra one full and a half bath for public sharing. Please refer to the floor plan towards the end of the photos.

1 bedroom: The Bunk Room (1 king+2 double), indoor heated pool with waterfall, large gaming area with air hockey & gaming arcade, theatre with 1 queen sleeper sofa, an outside sitting area.

One side of the driveway connects into ground level entrance directly. There is an extra full bath that can be used by guests using the pool and game room.

Living room with fireplace, Kitchen, dinning, W/D laundry, hot tub, shared half bath.

3 king bedroom suites each with its own spacious bathrooms: Saddle Up (1 king+1 queen sleeper sofa), Valley View (1 king+ 1 queen sleeper sofa) and The Royal Room (2 king+1 queen sleeper sofa). There is an extra half bath near the hot tub/kitchen area.

Massive outdoor deck on this floor. The other side of the driveway connects to the Main Floor.

This property is conveniently located in the heart of Wears Valley. You can easily get to the cabin WITHOUT any steep or winding road, which is critical during rainy or snowing days in this area.
Motorcycle enthusiasts -- we are located just down the hill from Foothills Parkway!

The private driveway has ample parking for multiple SUVs, RVs, buses and trailers.

Water temp is set at 84 degrees, but can be increased to 86-87 degrees with an extra charge of $35/day (*must be increased for the entire stay).

Separate PIN code required to enter pool house for safety reasons. If there are kids, they must be supervised at all times in the pool and outside. And please make sure kids don’t jump off the waterfall.

WATER
The cabin uses private well water that goes through a water treatment system before reaching the faucets. There might be a slight smell that is typical of well water. We would recommend not showering with jewelry on.

HOT TUB
The hot tub is for guests 25+ years old only. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur damage fee of $500.

Grocery stores the closest are National Park Market (2.4mi), Smoky Mountain Grocery (3.5mi), Kroger (8.8mi) and Publix (9mi).

**Depending on the number in your party and/or length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items.**

Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises.

Smoke & Carbon Monoxide detectors are installed in every room for the absolute safety of our guest.

FIRES
Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out except the firepit area. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

PETS
We welcome pets of all sizes, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We charge a $200 pet fee which covers up to 2 pets, and then $100 per additional pet. Please note: these fees would be on top of the booking fee. Please contact the host if you plan to bring more than 2 pets.

CRITTERS
We are serviced regularly by pest control but please keep in mind we are located in the mountains near a National Park. It is impossible and unreasonable to think there will be no encounters with wild animals and insects. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for this. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, stay away and please do not feed it. They are dangerous.
