Die 10 Point Buck Lodge wurde mit der Vision gekauft, aus einer Kabine mit 8 Schlafzimmern / 8 Bädern eine Kabine mit 10 Schlafzimmern / 10 Bädern mit einem riesigen Theaterraum für 24 Personen und einem separaten Spielbereich zu machen. Und genau das haben wir getan.

Kitchen arrangement was great, the only issue was a few maintenance items on one of the refrigerators and one of the dishwashers. Nothing we couldn’t work around, but it should be fixed.

Good, but there was no fenced backyard as mentioned in the property description. The Wi-Fi did not work in the basement bedrooms, so there was not TV or phone usage in those rooms.

Great view

This property had a nice view of the mountains and was private. Everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom which was nice with 17 of us! Having two refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves was also nice. The location was great to Pigeon Forge and Seiverville. One second floor master needs a new mattress as you could see it dip in the middle and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. There also needed to be more than two kitchen towels. The pool was ok but you had to drive to it and it wasn’t big enough for as many people as where staying in the complex.

Family Reunion

We stayed here for our family reunion. This property is beautiful with spectacular views of the area and has all the amenities. Each of the bedrooms had its own private bathroom -a definite plus! The huge double-kitchen with open concept allowed us to make meals for the entire group and eat together. We all agreed that we would choose to stay here again for another family reunion.

Wonderful

My family really enjoyed the cabin. My elderly Grandmother was able to get in easily. The cabin was beautiful and pretty much had all the utensils and cookware that was needed. The whole family was able to sit in the kitchen comfortably and enjoy our meals. We had one little incident when we first arrived where we realized the heat wasn’t working downstairs but after messaging with the owner she sent someone out pretty quickly to reset the thermostat and the heat worked perfectly after that. Everyone was very pleased with the cabin and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Top Notch Experience

From top to bottom, I was really impressed with the cabin. The layout was perfect for our group and allowed us to spread out while still staying connected. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we knew all of the important details of the cabin as well as the surrounding community. We will be booking again for future trips.

Family reunion

This property was a great place to have our family reunion. The game rooms and theater were a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults. The big kitchens could have been better stocked with utensils, oven mits, dish rags and hand towels. We went to Family dollar and bought 4 each and donated them to the cabin.

Spring Break 2022

We had a fabulous trip with all of the families. The cabin was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the cheaper by the dozen style meals, the games, the movies, hot tubs were great, the kids played kickball every night in the field down by the pool, it was an incredible time with 6 families in our cabin and 2 families in a cabin just down the road. Many, many great laughs and memories were made with this trip! Would definitely recommend for a large group! It was perfect having 10 bedrooms with a bathroom in each.

Would Definitely Book again!!

Overall it was great! There is more than enough space. There were 28 of us and it was great! I loved the 2 kitchens, especially cooking for most of the days we were there. We couldn't get the temperature in some of the rooms to regulate but the common area was comfy. The host responded quickly, asking my questions. I love that there is a heads-up on what they supply so that you know ahead of time what to bring. The wifi was a little spotty and the tv's on the main floor are small, and none are smartTVs. If you are a picky person can find things to complain about, but I feel if you left feeling like it was a good trip, then no need to dwell on the small stuff. I would definitely book again.

Great House for large family gatherings!

The house was great. We had 16 adults and 7 children. You could spend quality time as a group or find peace and quiet. We all agreed we would like to meet back here. You have everything you need for cooking,entertainment and peace. The rocking chairs and swings make being out side wonderful. The hot tubs were nice. The bedrooms give you all the comforts of home.We had family from Colorado,Ohio,Florida and Virginia. The pool and putt putt was great as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great experience

We have stayed at this property several times now. Each time improvements has been made. The owner is wonderful. We only had 1 problem on how to get DVD player in theater room to work. Help was given immediately. I only have one suggestion. On the main level, maybe in the right bedroom when you walk in, the bathroom could have handicap bars installed. It would be helpful for older ones. This is the greatest place to stay for our size group. Thank you Terri

Didn't live up to the wonderful description

The spaciousness of the property accommodated our family of 26 very well. I was very concerned with the condition of the front steps on arrival and as we began to habitate the cabin, i quickly compiled a list of broken things. I will send a list to Tari for future guests and to make sure I am not held liable for items on the list. However, if you can overlook the broken items, the terrible WIFI and the level of uncleanliness, it was a great place to make good memories.

nice place but dirty

This property worked perfectly for our family. The right amount of bed rooms and bathrooms(although it could have used an extra half bath on the main floor).... love the two kitchens. Nice layout with plenty of room to spread out in the game rooms, living rooms and kitchen/dining. But this property needs a thorough cleaning. The kids feet were black after only a few minutes of walking on the floors. We did not feel comfortable putting the baby down for any reason... The sheets and towels were all clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils if you know where to look for them. But there is little to no place to put any groceries. it would be nice if there was an extra cabinet in the kitchen area for your food. Over all we had a good time but I would definitely try another place for cleanliness.

Family Reunion

A joyful gathering of 21 of us with 11 kids ranging from 22 months to 17, all their parents, and gramma and grandpa for a week in TN. The home was a great size and set up with 10 bedrooms and bathrooms, a wonderful game room area in the entire basement, video games, pool, ping pong, theater room and plenty of room for kids to play. Double well stocked kitchens left lots of elbow room for meal prep for all of us, 2 great hot tubs and lots places to sit in rockers and take in the lovely surroundings. As sometimes happens with heavily rented places we had someone before us who didn’t clean the grill leaving the reservoir filled with grease which quickly ignited when lit to prepare dinner one evening. Fire extinguished with no problem, but alas no grill. I alerted our Uber-responsive host and voilà, next morning we had a new grill! Can’t ask for better response time and help! Thank you Tari for a week all of us will remember for a long time!!! We loved our stay at 10 Point Buck Lodge!!!

Family vacation

This property is very spacious! Plenty of room for 13 adults and 12 kids. Loved having enough room in the kitchen for everyone. And each bedroom having a bathroom worked perfectly for our group. The property owner was quick to respond to my messages during the stay, however the maintenance crew that works for them were not. Wasn't a big deal for our group, as it only concerned getting the hot tub covers back after they blew off the deck during a storm. But the owner may want to make sure the maintenance crew are doing what they say, as there are some things in the cabin that could use some upkeep, such as doors that are rubbing on the ground making them difficult to open, clocks needing new batteries, and beds missing some linens (one of the beds lacked a top sheet and we couldn't find any spare linens). Also not a big deal, as we had brought some of our own blankets that we used instead. The community pool and mini golf were a hit with kids, but you do have to drive a short distance to get there from this property. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you have a large group and need the space.

Family tribute to Dad

I’ve been planning this trip for literally a year as a tribute to what would have been my husband‘s 75th birthday. Our children and grandchildren had not seen the property photos and had been waiting with eager anticipation all of this time. Travel in was easy without the steep climbs of many properties. Close to all activities but still beautiful views and a sense of privacy despite close neighbors. When they arrived they were awe of this beautiful cabin and we had a most extraordinary week together. It was perhaps more than we could have hoped for. The owner of the property was so incredibly wonderful to work with I could not be more grateful for how responsive she was to the couple simple issues that arose. There was nothing that would have spoiled our stay but just a couple little things that I thought I should ask about and I had barely sent the message before she responded with a clear, concise and efficient solution to my inquiry. It was truly difficult for us to leave today. We all had a marvelous time. The house was the perfect size for our group. We had room to eat together as a large group yet spread out when everyone wanted to do something different and plenty of space to sleep for those who wanted to sleep in as well as opportunity for early morning sunrise gatherings for those of us who are early risers. Beautiful home, wonderful hostess everything we had hoped for.

This was the perfect house for our extended family gathering. 24 people of all ages, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms are nice and quiet even with kids running around the house. We loved evenings in the theater room, morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful Mountain View’s, and afternoon swims in the pool. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This property is unique to be able to go from an 8 bedroom to a 10 bedroom and with the addition of the upcoming theater room and modifications, this cabin will impress anyone. :D There are no bunk beds and plenty of room for all!
