In a small, gated RV community one short block from the beach you will have access to the swimming pool, lounge chairs, and pool house. This sweet 2 bedroom 1.5 bath two resort cottage with a additional bedroom off the porch for added space is perfect for a family getaway. The porch has a tv, outdoor seating, outdoor dining and a Weber grill for cookouts. The public beach is one block away where you can rent chair service or use chairs we have. The beach has public restrooms and a handicap ramp for easy access for those who need it. Grab food and drinks at Pompano Joe's and enjoy the emerald coast.

Perfect location/ relaxing stay

Lovely cottage and very close to the beach. Host went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We stayed for 7 days and the beds were super comfy.

Nice quiet area with a close walk to the beach. The covered porch was a great place to spend time outside when raining and not at the beach. The place is stocked with almost anything you would need for hanging out there or going to the beach. Trisha was very responsive and so kind.

Great Stay!!

The property is nestled in a little gated community just one block from the beach. We rented a golf cart and was set. This was our 5th time in Destin and we will be back! The neighbors were friendly and very helpful with questions about the area. Highly recommended! Go check it out!

We absolutely loved our stay here and beautiful place in a very quiet area.

What a wonderful beach oasis!

We had such a wonderful week in paradise! The ocean is a short walk away, and soooo crystal clear! The porch was perfect, a wonderful ending to a day at the beach, relaxing with family! Perfect for a long weekend!! ☺️

We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. The property itself was very nice and had everything we needed. We were a block away from the beach and some local restaurants and in a gated community. The neighbors there were so friendly and nice. The hosts were great and communicated well with us and answered any questions we had very promptly. Would definitely stay again!!! ☺️

Best Family Trip

This was one of the easiest, nicest and most relaxing weekends. The property was clean, easily accessible and had plenty of space for all 5 adults and 1 child. Trisha was the absolute best host. She was SO easy to communicate with even before we checked in. She went above and beyond for us. There were no negatives from this weekend. She was quickly responsive and SOOO accommodating. I cannot recommend her and her property enough. 10/10 will be back!

Trisha was an excellent host. She worked with us when we requested to stay an extra night. Check-in was simple. The house was clean & well-stocked with dishes, towels, seasonings, & other necessities. We were able to walk a short block to public beach access. The neighborhood felt safe & was quiet. My husband & I had four children with us (ages 8, 6, 4, & 2). There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us. The porch provided a great hangout spot. We ate most of our meals on the table on the porch. The kids loved watching movies on the TV on the porch. The neighbors were welcoming & kind. They even went as far as to help us when we locked our keys in our truck. We would stay at this property again without hesitation. Thank you, Trisha, for your hospitality!!

Beyond Perfect!

This truly is a little slice of heaven! We wanted to be close to the beach but didn't want to be in a high-rise condo building. This sweet little beach cottage is absolutely perfect. Trisha, the owner, answered all our questions promptly and even sent a picture of the flag warning system on the beaches to make sure we were safe while at the beach. The outdoor living area is exactly as pictured. This was what first attracted us to this property because we wanted a large outdoor area. There are two seating areas, a smart TV, a dining table and a nice, little gas grill on the patio. The cottage is very clean and well cared for. My teenage son loved staying in the cabana. He had his own space and his own TV. We greatly enjoyed our stay and our kids already want to come back! I can't thank Trisha enough for sharing their lovely vacation cottage with us.

We had a great time. We will go back.

Only complaint was waiting for hot water to warm up for showers with 4 ladies. But that is expected in that building so we just picked restaraunts that we could go to in our beach attire. No problem. We had a great time and will go back to stay at this place in future.

We chose this park because of it being a small private style community. Very laid back, quiet, and low key. Perfect for family or couples who don’t want the hassle of elevators and parking garages every time you need to go somewhere.

The location is perfect for a short walk to Pompano Joes for Happy Hour or dinner. Right in between Destin Commons and Sandestin Outlet Mall. Regatta Bay golf course a short drive away. We are of course less than a block long walk to the public beach where you can walk along the wide walkways along the beach or rent a golf cart to cruise down Old 98. We are right in the middle of it all but set in a quiet retreat.
