We LOVED our stay in FMB. The home was well equipped, in a great location and very spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, beds were comfy, blow up mattress for the kids, pool was warm, lots of pool toys, beach gear, towels, we had everything we needed and more. The neighbors behind us even had two pet pigs! The beach is just a five minute walk, Publix is just next door over the fence along with Junkanoo’s restaurant for a bite to eat or beverages by the water. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful house and pool! It has everything you need, and was plenty big enough for our family of 4 (plus dogs). The house was very clean and tastefully decorated, and it is a very short walk to the beach. We are very happy with our stay, and would definitely book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this property. Angela was responsive to all of our emails and the house made our stay effortless. You will love the pool area and the balconies. A block and half from the beach - what more could you need. The area is walkable and bikeable and a convenient grocery next door. During our stay the temps were in the high 80's but the house has AC and ceiling fans that keep you keep you cool. Overall, we had a perfect stay. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Large indoor/outdoor living close to everything!

We stayed at Angela's home for two months and loved every minute. Screened porches on both front and back of house provided as much outdoor living as indoor living. Pool area is private and spacious for relaxing. Large kitchen is fully equipped for large and small groups, three very comfortable queen beds and a futon, full-size washer and dryer, plus a desk space for working remote. Beach is a couple minute walk away with easy access. We love Mid-Island beach area because it is not crowded and is dog-friendly. Publix is a short two block walk. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and fun to visit with. We are hoping to return as soon as we can!

Prefect Family Vacation Home for EVERYONE

My husband, 3 children (16, 15 & 12 y/o), our dog and I stayed for 2 weeks in late August and had the most wonderful vacation! The house is so welcoming and comfy with so much space to relax. The beach is a 2 minute walk (plus, you are provided with a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, noodles, boogie boards and beach towels) or you can stay at the house and enjoy the beautiful pool (floats are provided) or relax on one of the multiple enclosed porches. The lanai encloses the pool area on the first floor (pool/ couches/tv) and an upper porch with couches and a dining table. The kitchen and dining area are large and have everything you need to make and enjoy family meals. There at large tv's to watch your favorite shows or movies. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had access to an enclosed porch. If you decide to explore the area, the trolley / bus stop is a 4 minute walk or you can use the bicycles that are provided. (Nice touch, much appreciated!) The Publix is a 4 minute walk, as well. The house location at the end of a dead end street added with the beautiful foliage around the lanai , makes you feel like you are in a secluded tropical location. It was wonderful!! The house was just perfect and I hope to book this house again for our next Fort Myers Beach vacation! Definitely a must see!!

Wonderful location, pool & property

We stayed here for a month in April/May 2021. The house is a 3-minute walk to a quiet, white sand beach. The house is artistic, quirky, and private, & we loved it! We wished we could stay even longer! Its crowing jewels are the lovely upper floor patio, poolside patio area, & pool itself. All of those are screened in, so you can be outside with no mosquitos! The porch & patio are shaded and stay cool enough to be outside even on warm days. The pool is heated to 84°F - warm enough to swim & cool enough to be refreshing from the Florida sun. The upper porch has a table, futon, loveseat, & 2 chairs, and is prettily decorated with rugs, wall hangings, etc. The poolside patio has an L-shaped couch set & table, dart board, bar-height round table around a pillar, outdoor shower, & access to a poolside bathroom, shower & kitchen area. Lovely plants & a Buddha statue surround the pool, and palm trees and bamboo line the property edges & make it feel private. The owner, Angela, is helpful and responsive. We saw her in person a couple of times during our stay, and she is so nice! We loved her home, and took great care of it during our stay as if it were our own. The main living area of the house is up one level from the street; a plus in Florida -- we had zero problem with ants here. The house has tile floors throughout. The main floor has a kitchen, dining table for six, laundry room with large-capacity machines & a laundry sink, living room area with a TV & a brand new sectional couch, desk area, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a bathroom with shower/tub, and hall linen closet. Upstairs, there's a main bedroom with a queen bed, television, & its own small screened in patio/porch. This room has a bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub, & a small walk-in closet with drawers units & hanging racks. There are 2 bikes for guests' use, as well as a GREAT wagon for taking things to the beach, some floaties and boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 2 coolers, etc. The house is located next to Publix (there's a tall fence between it & the house, so you can't really see it), which is very convenient since it's the only grocery store on the island. The backyard neighbor does play music outside for much of the day most days, but most of the time it's not too loud, & after awhile we kind of liked her electronic dance music selections. If you're looking for a family-friendly place, with a pool, & super close to the beach & groceries, congratulations to you because you just found it.
