Welcome to our modern beach studio condo, ideally located in the gorgeous beach town of Mission Beach, San Diego, just steps away from the sand and boardwalk. This delightful vacation home offers a fun and relaxing retreat, perfect for those seeking beachside bliss. Enjoy the convenience of being close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, while also having the famous Belmont Park, with its thrilling rides and entertainment, just 1/4 mile south. Embrace the coastal ambiance, make memories on the sun-kissed shores of Mission Beach, and indulge in all the best restaurants and entertainment at one of San Diego's premier tourist destinations.

Inside the condo:
Welcome to our inviting studio condo with its own private entrance. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed and a convenient futon bed, ensuring a restful stay for you and your guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delightful meals, and the full bathroom provides all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Step outside to the shared outdoor BBQ and patio area, where you can savor outdoor meals and make lasting memories in a charming setting. It's ESSENTIAL to note THERE IS NO AC. While AC is not needed most of the time, occasionally, it does get hot. For these times, we do have a small portable air-conditioning unit that can be used to help cool the air down.

Parking:
Please note that our property does not offer onsite parking. Guests are encouraged to park on Mission Blvd, but they should be mindful not to park in designated areas during street sweeping times. Additionally, we want to inform our guests that most public parking lots in Mission Beach do not permit overnight parking, and any vehicles parked illegally are subject to towing, with fines and towing fees being the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking can be particularly challenging during peak seasons such as summer, spring break, and holidays. While we do not provide onsite parking, street parking is available, and guests can utilize the parking at Belmont Park, though please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed in the Belmont Park parking lot. There is overnight parking located in the lot across from Belmont Park on the bayside. However, for added convenience, we do offer a parking spot just a block away from the unit, available for an additional charge. If you are interested in securing this parking spot, kindly let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you, but it is on a first come first serve basis so it could be occupied.
