Great little spot a couple blocks from the beach, away from the craziness. The cottage was as advertised and clean. Great patio for dining outside.The only thing to note is that if you drive a large vehicle, parking in the garage will be a challenge. The alleyway is narrow.

We had a great visit to Mission Beach. It was conveniently located and having all the available or to rental from the owner - chairs, umbrellas, SUP boards, bikes - was great! We had two adults and two kids and it felt like plenty of space. The garage is tight (we had a Hyundai palisade) but you can fit in carefully. The house was also well stocked with everything else that you need from cookware to beach towels. Thanks to Karin and family for their hospitality and quick communication.

Location was excellent! Close walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops, and entertainment but on a quiet street. Well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable living area, great shower, lovely front patio area. Property owner was very quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues. We had a great stay!

Stay was fantastic, just what we needed. Close to bay, beach, shops, restaurants, activities etc. Lots of beach gear to use which was helpful. Owner is super helpful and great with communication. Would recommend to anyone thinking about staying, just the location alone is worth it!

Great location close to the beach and perfect for our family vacaction

We spent 5 days here in November for a family vacation with our 2 year old son and had a great time. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and Belmont Park. We really enjoyed our time here!

Incredible location! 1 block to Mission Bay, 2 blocks to Mission Beach. Several excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, & activities in easy walking distance. Can’t beat it! The property is nicely situated and has all the amenities you need to have a great stay. The patio is an underrated feature, and we had it to ourselves during the stay. The garage is a nice feature yet was really tight for my SUV, just make sure to check your dimensions ahead of time. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the cottage was everything we imagined it to be! Our expectations were exceeded & we cannot wait to stay again! The cottage is perfect for our small family, plus two dogs. The accommodations were very clean. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk along the bay or to the beach!

Quaint and convenient

Great choice for our Mission Beach stay! Easy to get to the very active beach side and even easier to access the quiet bay side. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and kitchen — and a great value for the area!
