Condo is in a quiet neighborhood with views of Madonna Mountain on one side and SLO's rolling hills on the other. Relax in the fully furnished home, the guest bedroom has a balcony with view and comfy outdoor furniture. Settle in to cook a great dinner with the outdoor BBQ. Working from home is perfect in the office/den area upstairs which includes a coffee bar for extra energy boosts! Only four blocks to Downtown SLO! Within such a close distance to downtown, you have quick access to all the wonderful restaurants , boutiques, and entertainment SLO has to offer!

This is a well appointed condo. The manager is friendly, easy to contact and always helpful. We want to stay here again next time we are in SLO.

Excellent stay

My wife and I spent a month in this lovely condo in Dec 2022. It was everything we were hoping for and more. Spacious, bright, modern furnishings, very well stocked, fantastic location. Cindy was very helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Lovely condo

Well furnished, beds comfortable & house supplied with essentials like detergent, plastic wrap, foil, trash bags, etc. Manager was easy to reach & came over when we couldn’t find breaker box for electrical problem. House was cold downstairs the first two weeks & gas fireplace not helpful. Upstairs comfy & had den area for TV watching. Would stay again.

Great Location Charming Neighborhood

It was really great to be so close to downtown. We really got a lot of walking done. We also enjoyed looking at the other homes in the area. A lot of nice Victorians and craftsman homes. it was so great to have plentiful towels and sheets. The one thing that we really felt was missing, was instructions on how to use appliances and other features. The TV, the fireplace, the stove and washer are a little different from the norm, and we would have appreciated instructions. The most complicated thing was the shower handle that was installed upside down and backwards. It is understandable that was done (so people don’t have to get wet when turning on the shower). But because it was so cold when we were there, we tried to turn it to the normal hot setting,and the water was freezing cold. I sent a text to the manager and suspect more instructions will be there to welcome future guests.

Thank you for the great feedback! Alway wonderful to be able to make the stay for the next guest as enjoyable as the last. We have worked to get more information in the move in binder. The home was well taken care of and left very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend on hosting in the future!
