Our beautiful Lake Arrowhead hideaway is waiting for you! This tri-level, 2,000 sqft Gable Home is nestled in the woods with a provincial, rustic, and modern mix. Renovated for comfort and luxury while still leaving in place the original charm. Our home embodies the fresh, open, and warm feel of mountain living, nestled in a glen by a seasonal stream with native California Cedars, White Firs, Ponderosa Pines, and Black Oaks. Kids and families love it here!

Cozy yet very spacious, with plenty of room for your whole group with common spaces to enjoy together. Level entrance and parking right at the front door make this a dream with no stairs to climb!

Main Floor: Living room with beautiful wood and beam ceilings that give you that cozy cabin feel, stone fireplace (gas, no logs needed!), and rustic updated kitchen with all new appliances ready with all you need to cook. Master bedroom with King bed and huge walk-in closet leads to the deck for those morning cups of coffee. The master bath boasts a Soaker Tub, an enormous walk-in shower, and HEATED FLOORS!

Lower level: Family Den (with Queen sofa bed) ready for movie night and hot chocolate (or wine) with wet bar and retro fridge, stone fireplace, and entrance to lower level deck. Plus 4th bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Ms PacMan Arcade with tons of retro games!

Upper level: Gorgeous pitched wood and beam ceilings highlighting the gabled windows with amazing forest views, and a private balcony off the 2nd bedroom and another bathroom. Kids bunk bedroom (3 beds) with tons of space, adults like it too!

The house is equipped with 3 flatscreen 4K Smart TV's for streaming. Comfortable beds, fresh linens, pillows, and towels. Fireplaces are gas so turn them on instantly! No wood needed or hassle putting it out.

When it snows you can sled in our backyard! Otherwise, there is a great snow tubing park in Running Springs less than 10 miles away.

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake but we have lake rights that allow us to add you to our guest list in advance. You then can pick up wristbands (for a fee) at the guest relations office at the Arrowhead Lake Association office (one mile). This gives you access to the private gates and entrances along the lake for hikes, walking, and getting in the water. Visitors can also take a ferry ride out on the water with the Arrowhead Queen or get on the lake at the McKenzie Water Skiing School.

Don't miss Santa's Village in Sky Park very short drive. A day pass gives access to so much, wander the magic of the village, dine, shop, and ice skate!

Big Bear Lake is 20 miles East of Arrowhead and is also a public lake with many opportunities for swimming, boating, and rentals.

Lake Gregory is 8 miles from Arrowhead in Crestline and is a public lake, great for a day trip. They rent boats, kayaks, SUPs, etc.

If you have kids then a mile up the road is Mackay Park with a fun kid zip line, playground, tennis courts, and a great view of the lake!

A creek for swimming is at the end of Hook Creek if you follow it until you can't go any further and Aztec Trail (Falls) is an excellent hiking trail very close by, search it for specific trail guidelines.
