NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
La Quinta is a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to call home. The community has voted against short-term rentals, unlike Palm Springs, and so there is more of a community feel to the area. The area is perfect for biking and hiking and has great restaurants a few blocks away. The cove refers to the community nestled in the mountains, so the area is well protected from the wind. This is a perfect family-friendly neighborhood to enjoy your vacation!
This home is located in a private community, and features a beautiful lake and mountain views. We recommend walking around the community in the morning and early evening once the sun sets over the mountain, to really feel like you are a local.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

Wonderful stay at Lake La Quinta
My wife and I greatly enjoyed this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. The outdoor was spectacular with the pool, spa and the boat on the lake. The minor fixes that were required during our long stay were done diligently by the Manager. The maintenance of the pool was done twice a week.
We highly recommend this beautiful place.
