Luxurious Mountainside Oasis -- Legacy Villas is the best value in So. Cal. and the ultimate spot for a memorable family getaway. We are right next door (one block) to The Famed La Quinta Resort and Club and were built just 15 years ago, originally as a luxurious annex to the hotel.
State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 2082 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.
The living room as well every bedroom open through charming french doors onto tranquil patios or balconies, where the dramatic Santa Rosa mountains complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The King master suite downstairs features en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tile.
Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and two fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, lounge room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.
For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to The Famed La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.
House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent (call for larger dogs). For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.
