The villa is a 10 minute walk down to the beach and local Marina of Port de La Rague. with many restaurants, beach bar's and Watersport centre. We’re also walking distance (less than a mile), to both of the two local villages, Théoule-sur-Mer & La Napoule which have further beaches, restaurants, bars, water sports bicycle hire etc. Car Hire is recommended for trips out and supermarket shopping the walk to both villiage’s and beaches is about 20minutes

Just 5 miles from Cannes you can cycle, take the train, (station is about 10 minute walk) drive, or catch the local small ferry.  You will find luxury shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, the port, plus all the beach clubs along the famous Croisette, a perfect spot for lunch.

The villa has five air conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms each recently refurbished with walk in rain showers. The main living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge all having french doors opening onto the pool area with stunning views of the sea and mountains, there is a seperate study with desk, and the utility room is off the garage, accessed from the house on the lower level with washing machine.

There is a large flat screen smart TV with SKY Netflix etc and DVD player in the lounge and of course WIFI throughout the house.

Outside, on the main terrace, you will find the salt water swimming pool an outdoor kitchen with a large drinks fridge, an ice machine and Weber BBQ.
Seating is in abundance, with a 12 seater round table and parasol, a comfy corner sofa and sun loungers, and a day bed.

In the upper garden there is a table tennis table and pétanque court, there is also a tennis court for domaine guests just 50 meters from the Villa.

Bedroom 1 - Located on the ground floor with french doors to the terrace and swimming pool, has a super-king bed, ensuite with bath and separate shower.

Bedroom 2 - On the first floor, boasts a fabulous cast iron freestanding bath, what better way to end the day than a luxurious soak in this stunning round room with 180 degree views of the bay and the mountains. Superking bed, and an amazing vaulted beamed ceiling.

Bedroom 3 - With a traditional French sleigh double bed, shares a bathroom with bed 2.

Bedroom 4 - Amazing views of the mountains, king size bed with ensuite shower room with a large walk in shower.

Bedroom 5 - Is on the ground floor, with a king size bed - this is the only room with a compromised view, but it is cool and quiet.  The bathroom again has a large walk in shower.

After watching the stunning sunrise, enjoy long relaxing days by the pool or at the beach, wandering around historic hilltop villages, golfing, scuba, cycling or walking the numerous local trails. Evenings can be spent at a myriad of quality restaurants or simply dining al fresco at Azura watching the sunset and the twinkling lights of Cannes across the bay. Each week during July and August there is a Firework competition in Cannes seafront where different countries compete to produce the best displays, we get a great view from the villa or you can rent a boat to take you across the bay to Cannes Harbour for the evening to watch the fireworks from the water which is a real experience.
