PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

The living room is open and spacious with a 4 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 75 inch smart TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. There are also a half bathroom on ground floor pool area.

Dining table seats 8 and another two at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI 100MB.

One Queen Bedroom is located downstairs - Queen size bed, SMART TV, sharing full bathroom.
